It wasn’t clear on the website that there is an extra charge to use the sauna and jacuzzi however the staff were very accommodating about this but please be aware of charge before booking

The room was simply huge, and I can't fault this at all. Communication was very good when I booked, and Stefan was extremely helpful especially with my aborted landing and detour back to Malaga. The breakfast was huge and the lady making this was so nice :) Wifi actually worked, so double thumbs up. The rooftop terrace was pretty special to be fair, and a great view across the city. Location was very good. It would be a nice touch if a small fridge could be added to the rooms.

The room I stayed in backed on to a busy walkway, and the windows are not double glazed, so the constant noise did become frustrating, especially at 2am when the locals sat in the street were just talking and talking. This is not the fault of the venue, but nothing has been done to minimise the noise. There was nobody available during the day to ask questions or ask for advice. This is the 4th Riad I have stayed in, one of the better ones by far, but all of the others did have someone available to talk to if you needed, or if I wanted to purchase drinks late into the evening.

The Riad was very nice and in a perfect position to experience the true spirit of Tetouan. My stay was made perfect by Abdelhadi, who took good care of me, suggesting the right places to visit to catch the beauty of Tetouan.

The rooms look beautiful. It was clean and tidy. There is a beautiful terrace with a lounge, a jacuzzi and sauna on the roof. Also the service was great. Thanks again Obaida for showing us around !

Super nice Riad with very cute rooms and a lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast by Fatima was very good and I suggest you ask for Othman taxi driver recommended by the hotel! he was very nice and took us everywhere.

Obaida has been very hospitable, we have felt like at home. The Riad is beautiful and really comfortable, I would truly repeat the experience.

Fatima & Obdaida were excellent hosts, the riad is beautiful and immaculately clean. It is (luckily) a 2 min walk to two very good restaurants which are open in the evening during ramadan.

I don't know if this is a problem with booking.com or the riad but I booked a room with a bath specifically and when I arrived there was no bath. Also, I was promised a free breakfast with genius level and I had to pay before I left

The staff member did not speak English, which made it hard to communicate with her. The room had no privacy. Our room had two big windows facing the shared hallway, however the windows only had thin, see-through curtains. Thicker curtains or shutters should be installed instead. Our room was located right above the shops/market/stalls, which made it quite noisy if the windows were left open. No free breakfast provided.
