The gentleman who was on the hotel reception on arrival and on the following morning was beyond excellent in his service. He showed us a local eatery for some food as most were closed that day, he took us to the roof so that we could see the view and was fantastic entertainment to my 14 year old. When we needed to leave he also got us a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the ferry port at Tangier.

There was nothing to dislike about this charming little hotel.

Everything was great. The price. The views. The location. The staff. The cleanliness of the room.

I didn’t feel 100% safe walking to my room at night as a solo traveler. The halls had censored lighting that sometimes wouldn’t turn on so I had to walk through with my phone flashlight. Secondly, the top level has a common area where other travelers can sit and they often hang out the window on their phones which also overlooked my balcony. So I didn’t feel comfortable relaxing on my balcony. Room 246. Just ask if you can have another room if it bothers you too.

The receptionists! They are the nicest and most helpful people ever, taking us to see the breathtaking terrace view and showing us the places to get food and answering all questions we had, despite my bad Arabic. They are the highlight of my stay there.

The hot water was broken one night. But the receptionists were so nice when we asked about it and when it was fixed they came knocking to inform us.

Great location in the central area and a very short walk to the medina. Large room with balcony to the street. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too expensive. Cafe on ground floor good for breakfast.

Decor a bit scruffy and hotel parking turns out to be nearby public underground car park. Perfectly ok and quite cheap however.

Location is about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 1 minute walk to the centre and the medina. The rooms are standard and simple, but clean and a good size. The staff are very happy and smiling. Incredible value for money and I will definitely return.

Great host, helped us find a bottle of wine at night. Fantastic view from the balcony. Warm and clean room (stayed two nights in February).

It's an old building, and the room could have used some basic repairs.

Hotel in a very central location. The receptionist is helpful and respectful.

Just 10min drive from the bus station, good location, 3 banks are nearby, clean room with private bathroom, shower and balcony. Very comfortable bed. The Hotel has also an elevator.

The location is excellent, only a few steps from the gate of the bustling market streets. The hotel was simple but more than adequate for all needs. In reception Said Khallad was extremely friendly and his generous help was very much appreciated.

The staff were very accommodating. The balcony was amazing, great view. Plenty of good places to eat in the area. Five stars!
