The hotel itself is beautiful. The use of tiles, marbles and the statues gives it an elegant, classic look. Location is very good in the shopping street. Very close to House of Dragons and Museum Revellin, but basically all points of interests are pretty close. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast offers a good variety. Bacon is great!

The breakfast room does not represent the beauty of the hotel. It is a kind of a back room. The quality of the staff at the breakfast varies per day. On day 1 it was good and attentive, but on day 2 three tables were empty but were not cleaned. They picked up the dirty dishes from the table but did not come back to clean the tables. Not ok.

The location was our favorite part about the property, though the hotel and staff were all very nice. We really liked it!

Probably the only part at all that wasn't good is though we stated a preference to have our three rooms close together and beforehand it looked as though they were going to accommodate us, we all ended up being on different floors and that was just very difficult with kids in terms of navigation. We made it work, and thankfully most of our kids are old enough, but since we booked our hotel several weeks in advance we didn't think we would be so spread out.

The location was excellent and central, the air conditioner was not working and dropping water but they resolved the problem quickly. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very friendly!

The swimming pool was closed in the highest season (August!) and that was not highlighted when I made the booking. the last day, we saw cockroaches in the corridors of the hotel, not very clean… We have requested a double room and a triple room, they gave us 2 triple rooms and they requested money at the check-out for the triple room and then changed their mind when I recalled them our booking.

Reception did not advise of parking places to use! There is a parking garage very close to the hotel that should be recommended to all guests. For own account. Booking.com made a credit card debit that was more than 12 % of the confirmed price at the end of the online booking. That debit was also made despite Booking.com confirming that payment to be made at the hotel!!!!

The room had a lot of space with two TVs I also like the balcony and the view to gibraltar As a portuguese, I also like the bidet and the bathroom is very clean The beds where super confortable and we didnt hear any noises during the night each means we spleept really well like a baby

It smells a little bit of humidity because the bathroom does not have a window and it is on the interior of the room. The bathroom needs some renovation specially on the bathtub and on the flush of the toillet The pool is not working during the summer (Agost)

This is a lovely, modern hotel with very good facilities and rooms are tastefully furnished. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. There was a very good variety of hot and cold food available for breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent position right in the centre of Plaza Espana and my stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have a box of tissues provided in the room.

We loved the family room. The table and chairs for the kids and the bunks made for two very excited children. The bathroom was huge as was the rest of the room. Great and much needed air con. Awesome views.

Sadly the pool was empty and we had no pre warning of this. We booked the hotel specifically for that reason.

Love this hotel and cannot wait to come back! Excellent balcony, views, bed and the room was quite big and I was impressed. I slept like a baby with views of the harbor. Bathroom was very roomy and modern. Cleaning staff is top notch! Centrally located and close to everything, main plaza, cathedral, groceries and shopping. It is about a mile walk that is very doable from the ferry. Close to the historic fort and beaches. Highly recommend!

Location is 10. The room for 4 was very spacious and very confortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The pool os closed and there was no pre announcement, I found it out through booking comments.
