The Lido Thalasso and Spa is conveniently located, with a back gate to Lalla Meryem beach and near to the many restaurants on the Corniche. The hotel employs a large number of helpful multilingual staff. Our room was large, sparkling clean with en-suite toilet and shower room. Hair dryer, refrigerator and free wifi provided. Food portions in the pool-side cafe are generous although the menu is limited. The pool was nearly empty while we were there (August) and the cheerful attendant provided free towels, occasionally but effectively reprimanding a small number of unruly kids. The hotel is well- served by public transport; the number 5 bus from Casa Port stops at the nearby Megarama cinema and continues on to Morocco Mall. Ain Diab tram stop is 20 minutes away on foot.

While the hotel is perfectly functional, the decor is a little dated. They still have three phone booths which I guess nobody has used for twenty years! Several rooms were closed for refurbishment while we were there, ideal from our point of view as the facilities were consequently less busy. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice, as the tap water is not safe to drink in Casablanca.

I COULD NOT HAVE THINGS ON ROOM LIKE ROOM SERVICE OR TRANSFER TO AIRPORT OR FROM AIRPORT. I DID NOT HAVE CASH AND MY MASTER CARD WAS BLOCKED FOR TERMINAL PAYMENTS BUT ONLINE I COULD PAY IT WAS AN UNFORTUNATE DAYS FOR ME I LAST A FLIGHT ✈️ FROM CASA TO AGADIR AND FROM AGADIR BACK TO CASA AND HOTEL I WHICH THROUGHOUT MY STAY I HAD BOOKED 😅 AND THE MINI BAR WAS 🍸 EMPTY I HAD TO ORGANIZE DRINKS 🍸 FOR THE NIGHTS😉FROM OUTSIDE

Hotel being renovated so no sea views, a little tired in places. Also having to pay 30 EURO's to use the outdoor pool at the spa despite being a resident at the hotel

It’s ideal location right on corniche . The service is great from time you walk in you feel your at home . Many places to stay but I will always pick this hotel when in Casablanca . Very relaxing with and beach . The staff really go out of their to ensure you feel like family . I stay here 4 times in year it’s only place I like in Casablanca .

Everything was perfect . Hope one day they will finish renovating rooms next to pool .

The location of the hotel is great. 

Breakfast on the website was free. but we paid an additional 200mad so you can’t fool us. Internet wifi did not work at all😪 we went from Kazakhstan🇲🇦🇰🇿. I love ❤️ marocco

The location location and views . You really feel like your somewhere else besides Casablanca with all the traffic . The views the sunsets . The staff really go out of their to help you anyway they can the views for sunset with pool and ocean are unbelievable amazing to watch

The hotel as a whole needs a facelift, all need odd jobs and some fixing, and a whole new paint job. Could tell would be good if all tidied up but looking tired and run down a touch on the outside

No air conditioning available during our stay. Taking into consideration that it is a 4-star hotel and it is not cheap at all, I would have expected a certain compensation on their behalf due to this inconvenience.

The staff was wonderfully helpful. ♥ Indeed this made such a difference for us. Beautiful gardening and interior features, eg in the lobby. You leave the city hustle behind the moment decend the stairs on entry. Proximity to beach, it's right behind the back gate. Shopping mall within easy walking distance.

Spa pool felt guarded and comes at a daily fee. Sad as we'd have liked to use it just on occasion and for that it felt too pricey. Beach access is public and free. Restaurant less elaborate but friendly at that.
