Good location, close to many restaurants and a grocery shop. However, directions per Google maps is misleading as it is on a one way street. The room was comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast was adequate with good items.

The linen, especially the towels need a replacement. The shower area was odd since it did not have an enclosure/ curtain and the major part of the bathroom floor got wet when one had a shower. Suggest invest in a shower curtain to overcome this and avoid any unpleasant incident of a guest slipping and falling. The TV channels were very limited and had no English content.

The staff were the best asset namely Salwa at the reception. I do not have everyone’s name but the cleaning, front desk and catering staff were all amazing; I felt home. The property is very nice with a beautiful restaurant at the ground floor. I had my included breakfast in bed instead of going downstairs which they happily delivered. The cleanliness, room size and location were prime.

Only one improvement could be suggested if any, is to have a kettle in the room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was standard equipped with comfortable beds. We found the room very clean when we returned in the evening. There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel reserved for the hotel. For breakfast you have a choice of how the eggs are prepared. Very good coffee. You can also have Moroccan pancakes. If you don't feel like going to nearby restaurants, you can also eat at the hotel and have a glass of wine at the same time, which is not very common in Casablanca.

The staff, friendly and always offering assistance Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location, in a quiet spot of a beautiful neighbourhood, with plenty of choice of restaurants, the hotel has a very good restaurant too. Also, from hotel Yto, it’s only a short walk to the consulate of Italy, translators, other offices and embassies. Thanks for making me feel welcome and for looking after me so well.

Located in a nice area, modern, and with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff is always positive and ready to help. Breakfast is very tasty, but having the same thing every day can get monotonous.

We booked a transfer and were told that someone with a sign would meet us at the airport. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us, so we had to negotiate with other taxi drivers to get to the hotel. It was late at night and we felt scared. The shower in the bathroom is not enclosed at all, with no curtain or glass partition, so water spills all over the floor. There was only one hook for towels and clothes, and it was on the door. This means that if you are washing your hands or taking a shower, you need to walk a meter and a half to get a towel. Not very convenient.

Room price was good and centrally located. Room was decent size and clean would do for a one night stay with breakfast included which was basic set menu but good quality. Overall a good night stay area was quiet.

Needs a bit of an upgrade for the whole place. Bathroom it was mentioned there are toiletries but it was just soap and shampoo. The room TV was not working properly but i was just there to sleep so did not complaint.

This place was just what we needed as we’ve been touring. We had a huge room with a great balcony - felt rather luxurious! We had a great few nights sleep - the staff were just super. Great location - with a fab suishi restaurant opposite. Breakfast was the usual - bread / jams / pastries and an omelette - which was expected.

Smoking is allowed in food areas in Morocco - as it is in the breakfast room here - whilst there was only one guy who smoked whilst we were there - I just think it should not be allowed in food areas - especially if there are table outside.

nice hotel in a good area with lots of restaurants around, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great though there was no shower curtain or glass. the staff was friendly and we managed with a bit of English & French. breakfast was nice including a freshly made omelets. we could park the car in front and leave it there for the whole day while we went into town. the place Mohamed is around 15-20min walk away, the Hassan II mosque around 30min along a big boulevard.

it was indeed really loud at night - felt like there were no windows at all and people outside were quite loud. also there are 3-4 parking spots reserved for the hotel, so maybe if one is unlucky all are occupied upon arrival.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way and over and above to be helpful. I brought the wrong adapter and they went out of their way to find ways to charge my laptop and phone. Really nice and helpful working everywhere in the hotel/restaurant. Great location too. It's located in one of the nicer parts of the city with nice and affordable restaurants and cafés nearby.
