First off, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. There was always someone at the desk who could communicate well with us (in English), which really helps when you are so far from home. The staff was able to set up drivers/tours and help us plan our days/sight-seeing—even driving 5 hours round trip so that we could also visit Marrakesh. And that included setting up a tour there and in English. Our room was large, roomy, homey, and the bed was very comfortable. When we first arrived, the water wouldn’t turn on in our room, but they had that straightened out in 5 minutes. And I had asked if they had a fan (for white noise/sleeping) I could use. They didn’t have any fans, and yet, soon they were back with a fan. I believe they went out and bought a fan just for me. Now that’s service! And perhaps my favorite thing at this small hotel is sitting up on the mezzanine, overlooking the lobby below, eating a lovely breakfast with soft music playing in the background. (Oh, and the coffee was delicious!). Loved that atmosphere.

We ate dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant. We ordered Moroccan food and it was terrific. They also had a few local musicians playing/singing music of the culture there in Morocco. The music was nice in that it added to our cultural experience. HOWEVER, the volume on the microphone of the man singing was SO LOUD. My husband and I had to yell to one another over the small table we sat at. That’s my only complaint.

Rooms were huge and quiet. Near to the centre for access to restaurants etc. The spa was excellent.

The rooms are a bit dated, and only coffee was available in the room.

The room is big, nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff is very nice, especially at breakfast. The advantage is free parking.

The discotheque is probably right in the hotel or next door. The music can be heard in the room. Music played until 3 in the morning. We didn't sleep all night. I do not recommend this hotel. you won't sleep

Gym and spa were wonderful. Staff attentive, friendly, and helpful. Facilities were exceptionally clean. Bed was one of the best I've experienced.

Smoking in restaurant and bar. Didn't go back again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Art Palace Suites in Casablanca. From the very beginning our flight arrived in Casablanca early (yes, this actually happens sometimes) so we arrived at the Suites before advertised check-in time. The reception worked to get us in, even in an upgraded suite. Everything with the room and facilities and staff was great. Also the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure we were well served. The bar staff were especially accommodating. The location made it easy to get to all that Casablanca has to offer.

the room was clean comfortable and well kept. big and very cool looking. the staff was very v friendly. The AC was awesome. the bed was comfortable hotel overall was very clean

water went out 1 day and the guy on duty could have handled it better. did not tell us it was out when i called to check on it (it went out earlier in the day) said it was on and it actually was not. if he warned us when we were out we could have been better prepared than coming home late at night only to find out there was no water. but to their credit the next day the manager addressed it and took care of us. the views are not great - just oldish buildings.

Very friendly staff, ready to help and assist you any hour of the day. They really make you feel at home. The suite (we had the Marilyn Monroe suite) was fantastic. Spacious, with two bathrooms, including a big bath. The round bed was perfect; big enough for a tall guy like myself and with a very good matrass for a good night sleep. Breakfast was very good; you can have it brought to your room, but I would advise to take it in the typical Morocco chamber. And don't miss out on the Spa. Enough to choose from, and all done in a professional and pleasant way.

No complaints whatsoever. All perfect!

The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were very large and comfortable, the food, delicious! The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is very cosmopolitan, lots of great options for meals.

The hotel seems to have - or work with - a cab service. We were told that *no other taxi* would take the three of us adults and our baby to Habbous - that we had to use the hotel's service. So we paid more than New York City cab fare to drive 15 min - extremely expensive. On our way back, we had no trouble catching a local taxi to our hotel, and paid less than 1/3 of the price. I did not appreciate this deception - give your guests both options and let them decide!

VERY loud music in restaurant makes eating dinner there impossible

We checked in late and they upgraded us to a beautiful room, very comfortable and inviting in the Moroccan style. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Downstairs to the hotel is a Spa and I certainly recommend having the Hammam while there. We had a couples one and it was superb, and value for money also. We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is great with some superb local Moroccan restaurants and not far to walk to any of the markets.

Everything was great! Nothing i can think of to improve.
