I had low expectations staying here because of the mixed reviews and surprisingly lower rate but we absolutely loved it. They ended up giving us a room facing the mosque and it was sooo beautiful. The hotel is nicely located and there’s a lot of other tourists who stay there and we felt very safe. Walkable to the mosque and other places and would def stay here again if in casablanca.

The hotel had sent a driver to pick us up but they were more than 1 hour late picking us from the airport which sucked cause we were already waiting so long after arriving early in the morning and then once the driver dropped us off, he tried to get more money from us than was agreed upon by the hotel. Thankfully the hotel paid him the extra, but that was an awkward start to our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had lunch, dinner AND breakfast and all were great meals with great options. The staff are polite and helpful in all departments. The room was enormous and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the Mosque which was lovely to walk around and close to beaches. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again if we are in the city.

As others have mentioned, the elevators are very slow. The cleaners use them as well as guests so on mornings when everyone is checking out, it takes a while to get up and down - especially if you're on a high floor. It isn't a make or break deal though, just that the elevators are slow.

Melliber Appart Hotel is a bit of a hidden secret that you need to look for. The hotel is ideal access to the grand mosque and the beautiful ocean promenade! I highly recommend getting a room facing the mosque as the view and the prayers calls are so moving and magical to experience from your balcony!!! The hotel is very well kept! We had a couple of small issues but Osama and his team took very good care of us, always with prompt service and friendliness! Special thank you to Siuffien, Rachid, and Abdul Latif! Most of all Hicham at the front desk, polite, very approachable, and a cute sense of humour. The breakfast was very pleasant. If you are looking for a typical North American morning buffet, be prepared… Moroccans eat healthy and light! All over Morocco, food is readily available, hence why you see the world “snack” mentioned on store fronts and menus. Lunch is the main meal and the other meals are considered lighter meals. It was a pleasure to meet the hotel manager Noel, she provides a welcoming smile and majestic an honest effort to check in on everyone! Our taxi to the airport was at 4 o’clock in the morning, so we apologize for not being able to say good bye to everyone especially the room hospitality staff! the best location in casa, a few steps from Masjed Elhassan, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, the staff is amazing and happy to help in time!

The breakfast was great. The restaurant was good too. The room was large and spacious, and it was very clean. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and is in a great location close to the mosque and boardwalk. Free-parking on site!

Only 2 towels in the room. Needs a floor towel or bath mat. The bathroom got wet and there was no way to dry it. There is an air freshener in the hallway. It was making a loud noise throughout the night that could be heard inside the rooms. Very disruptive.

Perfect location if you plan to visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque. We got room 510 with very nice views over the mosque too. Really abundant breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. Clean and huge apartment with all the facilities. Really tasty and affordable dinner. Nice restaurants nearby too. Spa and gym in the building but we didn´t have time to use them. Very easy access by taxi to the city center, train and bus stations too.

The shower head was falling all the time because the holder was really bad, plus the shower glass door had a space below and it was impossible to shower and not to wet the bathroom floor, it would be easy to fix these details and then the apartment would be perfect.

The lobby and room was clean and the staff very kind and accommodating.

The staff at the adjoining restaurant were rude and disrespectful. We arrived at 8pm for dinner, found a table, and waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We arrived after the dinner rush and there very few guests remaining. I approached a man who was standing near the entrance speaking with another employee. I asked for menus and told him where we were seated. I was disrespectfully told to wait and he would get there when he had time. We waited 10 minutes and no one came with menus or to acknowledge us. We left to find another restaurant for dinner. However, we did have a pleasant breakfast experience, although most of the hot food selections were gone by 9am and they did not replenish.

The location is perfect. Right next to the Mosque and the seaside stroll (the Corniche). 20 minutes by bus to anywhere in the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a bit old but everything worked and the bed was very very comfortable. It was spacious and clean, with a side to side window over the large balcony overseeing the mosque. The breakfast was good and you even had a person making eggs at your request.

The room was a bit old, with some of the closet doors overlapping. The bedroom safe was not working. The shower always leaked a lot of water into the bathroom floor. The exit door let a lot of sound and light under it into the room. The screen curtains didn't fully cover the window in the middle, and you couldn't avoid the morning sun.

very convenient place, we came here for business, we can drive and take a taxi easily for the famous mosques. And the breakfast is nice, view is best,beds and pillow are soft for good sleeping,hotel service is good,I like the cloth washing service so that I can left my time for work

Furnitures too old, they should be change new,like dinner table with one broken leg, chair with empty middle, shake bedside stool, twinkle lights, all of them looks well but when we used found them no work. Also the bathroom with wooden decorations, the bathroom too wet to damage wooden.

Breakfast was a wonderful and tasty buffet. We arrived before check in with no notice and they were able to clean a room and accommodate us immediately. While we waited, we had a light lunch a the cafe. I ordered the fruit plate until I found out it was a few whole fruits, at which point I switched my order. After they set us up in the room, they sent up a fruit plate to the room as a gift! I ended up eating the clementines and they were delightful. We also went to the spa on site and had massages. They special called in the masseuses so my husband and I could have it at the same time. My husband said it was the best massage of his life. It was the most thorough massage I think I've ever had. She worked my feet, front, back and face. We knew we wanted to see the mosque and Ricks Cafe the one day we were in Casablanca and this hotel was right next to the mosque and walking distance to Rick's.

The bed was a little hard for American standards but otherwise plush and comfortable
