The location was excellent: 10 minutes walking from Casa Voyageurs railway station and 20 minutes to the medina of Casablanca. I had a room on top floor, so that I had a beautiful view over town to the sea. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, like Eltoke near Casa Voyageurs.

Every time they sent an e-mail it was in English. E-mails like: ; 'We can send you a trusted English-speaking taxi driver...; My English is rather good, but my French is better! And isn't that one of the national languages of Morocco? When I complained about this, the receptionist thought it was a mistake caused by AI (of course!) and not much later I got another mail by Mogador in English...

Clean , well maintained, close to tram line -la resistance stop, two stops from Casa Voyageurs. Big room. Comfortable bed with decent linen and variety of pillows .

Breakfast just ok. It’s in the same highrise as Grand Mogodor, just around the side a separate enterance….I walked up and down Ave. Pasteur looking for it . Room cleaning staff could be a little more discreet in the hallway…not everyone goes out ALL day.

It safe with free parking.

Don't expect the security to carry your luggage. The breakfast is almost the same everyday. As i went 45min before the closing of breakfast they don't replenished the breads. The Moroccan tea has finished and i asked the manger to make a new pot. They just top it up with hot water very disappointed. For the breakfast you can go near by restaurant.

The hotel excellent and it paid value for money very convenient quite area close to all city attractions. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and very helpful especially the lady in the reception I think her name is Kawther and bellboy Mustfah

There was no complimentary coffee/tea at the room.

The receptionist Khawla was so lovely and extremely kind. She helped us check in our rooms and made sure we were comfortable, also Mustafa helped us with our baggage and was very polite. Another gentleman also provided us with extra towels and water, he was very kind and friendly. The hotel room was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and the bathrooms were big and were equipped with shower gel , towels and shampoo. Overall a lovely night , will definitely be visiting again.

The wifi! The size of the room, the room service, the staff (24/7), security guards and the location. The Casablanca train station is only 15 minutes away by foot. Last but not least, the cleaning was perfect every day, thank you Sarah!

Good size staff friendly

Both rooms had headboards that have their leather peeling off badly. The 2nd room was not cleaned. The toilet seat had urine strains and one of the towels was damp. The table and floor had rings of sticky spots.

It was just ok and location was accessible. The staff were good

The breakfast was quite expensive MAD 200 .. wasn’t loaded with other international meal items.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and a few more English move channels.
