Ibis Casa Voyageurs

This is our second stay at Ibis Casa Voyageurs. Great, clean hotel, coffee/bar in the lobby is very convenient. Few restaurants in the area, also McDonalds and Starbucks at the train station. Bus station 5-10min away with taxi and (our main reason why we book it every time) right in front of the train station. Even if you have an early flight or late arrival, it is much more convenient and cheap to get the train to/from the airport. You can buy the train ticket also when you arrive at the hotel and you can travel hassle-free on the next day. The staff was very helpful and they let us check out later, so we didn't have to stay too long at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to/from Casablanca.

Hotel is 2 mins walking distance from the train and tram station, various cafe and restaurants are nearby. Tourist places like medina, malls and Hassan 2 mosque are a bit far from here(Ibis city center is a better selection).

Nothing as such it was a bit on the expensive side and no water bottle was provided. Also in the pictures of the hotel they have added the hassan 2 mosque, which can be misleading for people thinking that the hotel is near the shore but that's not the case.

Location is fantastic - literally opposite Casa Voyageurs train station which has *all* the mainline trains from Marrakech in south and Rabat/Tangier in north as well as the shuttle train to the Casablanca Airport. There is a really nice garden square outside, and loads of cafes and restaurants dotted around. The hotel is what you would expect of Ibis chain: spotlessly clean, well maintained, efficient courteous, proactive staff. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is really good, the bar is also small and good. But by far the best thing about hotel is fantastic location

The location is perfect just in front of the train station casa voyageur, Very clean also the smell is good even in the elevator. The area is very safe ,The check in was super fast with the lady in the reception, the stuff is very helpful and kind also special thx to the security guy at night he helped me a lot. I slept like a baby very quiet at night, breakfast is very rich and fresh I like it very delicious . The whole experience was perfect thank you ibis. I recommend it if you are using train station casa voyageur.

The shower is little bit small also bathroom floods everytime I take shower

After traveling around Morocco for three weeks this hotel was exactly what we needed - a normal Ibis hotel, where we knew what to expect and there were no surprises. We arrived by bus from Merzouga and the taxi drive was 5 min from the bus station to the hotel. We wanted to use the train to the airport on the next morning and the hotel is just outside the train station. So for us, the location was just perfect. There are so many places to eat around and there are even McDonalds and Starbucks inside the train station. Our room and bathroom were nice and clean. And the staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a great place to stay if you just arrived in Casablanca or if you have to travel to the airport.

If you’re traveling in Morocco between cities or from Casablanca to Airport via Casa Voyageur station then this is the perfect base. Tv works well. Bed is super comfy. Hot water shower was a blessing and just steps away from Gare du Casa Voyageurs which has several restaurants and cafes including Starbucks and Mc D’s the receptionist is very pleasant and kind and helpful.

Room and bathroom are super tiny. Air conditioning kept switching off on its own every 5 mins. Was super warm at night. We just gave up having to keep switching on the ac. Bfast options are good but would definitely prefer a choose of eggs that aren’t boiled. Hotel will save costs by reducing wastage and guests will get bfast of their choice.

We arrived at Casa Voyajours train station late in the night and this ibis was just 3 min walk to the train station, so location wise it’s great. Staff were really helpful, both the receptionist who help us with hot water from the bar at midnight and the guard who help us communicate with the taxi driver on the phone.

I was surprised there wasn’t anything like either bottled water or a kettle and instant coffee in our rooms cuz those are what I normally expect in an ibis hotel room. I would get an Airbnb entire apartment with full kitchen equipments at the same price but I had to go down to the bar to ask the receptionist to get me hot water.

The location was perfect - directly across from Casa Voyagers train station. We arrived from Marrakesh and the hotel was an easy 2 minute walk across the parking lot. The rooms were clean and the staff was professional.

There weren't a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. My child was tired and didn't want to travel to get dinner so we ended up having dinner in the hotel. The dinner was fine but a bit expensive for what it was.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room enhanced the overall experience. right next to the train station to take the Atlas Train, friendly and helpful front desk, clean and modern rooms

We would have needed more towels (there was 1 shower towel per person, none for hands or the floor) as well as more shower gel - 1 sachet per person. When we wanted to phone reception about it we weren’t able to get through. There was nothing to place the luggage on to open it and organise and floor space was limited too
