Great location, rooms are clean and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. I would pick this hotel over another place we stayed too, cause the location is too good. The restaurant Les Fleur's nearby served really good food (both breakfast and dinner), which is very convenient.

The main inconvenience was a construction across from the hotel. We were jet legged and had to sleep through the construction noise. The sidewalk was partially closed too, but hopefully it'll be over soon. The rooms are on the small side but I guess most rooms in Morocco are like that. The carpet it the room was kinda old and grimy, besides that everything else was nice.

Reception people were helpful. Room and amenities were as described in the web site.

There is construction and building renovation near the hotel producing a lot of noise. Close to hotel there is ground work, removing the asfalt and installing underground cables. This made a lot of noise and dust,excavated areas remaining open affected traffic and pieton walkways. Room has old furniture.

Located only minutes away from Casa Port station, this is the perfect hotel to stay at to explore Casablanca or catch a direct train to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I skipped the breakfast, as I was too tired from my travels, and was surprised to receive a courtesy call asking if I’d like to have breakfast a little later. The room itself was a good, comfortable size and the fridge was good to have to cool beverages. Very comfortable bed!

The furniture/carpet was a bit outdated and therefore gave off a not as clean feeling. The A/C worked poorly but I didn’t mind sleeping with an open window. Once renovated, this will for sure be a top hotel!

Very accommodating. My plane landed at 11:30pm and I was still able to check in that late at night. Room was very spacious, bathroom very clean. Bed was very comfortable (mattress on the firmer side but I prefer that). Location is close to sights like Sacre-Coeur and Place Mohammad V.

Can be a little noisy with the construction going on next door, and smell of smoke comes through the vent when the air is on.

The staff in th e reception, the concierge the security are very kind, helpfful, friendly and the breakfast staff .

The staff in the bar was not very hellpful, you ask him for soft , he tell you only alcahol with some attitude, who made leave me without explication, The evening maitre d'hotel in the restaurant refuse to show me the menu card, because I wasnot part of the group

It had all that you needed. And if it didn’t you just ask. The staff were great and were very helpful in everything. Hisham at the door was super friendly. There’s a ship round the corner to grab some basic bits if needed aswell.

Could do with more selection for breakfast. Minus that everything else was fine!

The staff were amazing, especially the two concierge. The gentleman who helped us park and helped us in to the hotel when we first arrived was so warm friendly and kind it set the mood for our stay at the hotel. The second gentleman who helped us leave the hotel was also very kind and made us feel very special. Really appreciate the kind words and actions of these two gentleman.

The Facilities are very good and clean

Book your stay as they are very happy people working at this hotel, friendly and polite. They go extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I will stay there again and it’s few minutes from the centre square.

Friendly staff.

Noise and bright working lights opposite the room with people working in the night on a new tower block. The location was difficult to find as its address on satnav was in the wrong location. Many phone calls and even a ticket from the local police as we tried to navigate this crazy driving city, totally exhausted by the time we arrived.
