Good value for the money

Upon our arrival at night, we were disappointed with the receptionist's unprofessional behavior and rudeness. However, our experience took a positive turn in the morning when we encountered Mr. Zakaria. He proved to be a friendly and welcoming receptionist, consistently maintaining a pleasant smile throughout our interaction. His warm demeanor and professionalism made us reconsider our initial impression, and we would be inclined to revisit solely based on his excellent customer service.

It was a nice stay. We arrived at 11 a.m. and they let us check in early without extra charges. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they helped with taxis, made reservation for us at the popular restaurant. The breakfast was also good. Eggs, pancakes, crepes, lots of pastries, yogurt, coffee, Moroccan tea, juice. . . .lots to choose from! The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to many places of interest and lots of places to eat around. Would I stay again? Yes, I would

The shower could be better. The drainage in a shower in our room was really bad

The property is in the heart of the city centre, surrounded by everything you need. It is a 10 mins taxi from Casa Voyageurs train station and about 20 mins from Hassan II Mosque. Great location, especially for those who are on the move! The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The staff here are genuinely really lovely. I was greeted by a lovely smile, was able to check in 2 hours early and staff really cared for my experience and stay! I will definitely be back here again because of the staff.

Enjoyed the stay - it is next to a club so there is a lot of music & noise from that. The breakfast is also limited - weren’t many varieties but lots of places around the hotel too.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough to relax. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty. I'm quite a big dude, so I need to eat a lot and the breakfast definitely did not disappoint. It was a nice contrast to even most restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a clean and put together room, since quite a lot of reviews mentioned dirty rooms and even cockroaches. I didn't end up seeing a single one tho, so they've probably dealt with the problem. Their receptionist was really friendly and professionally dressed as well.

The elevator in the building is quite old, only fits 3 people and is extremely slow so you'll probably be using the stairs most of the time. Only 2 power outlets in a triple room.

The location of the property is excellent. It’s only 20mins by taxi from casa voyager train station. Lots of bars and pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a money exchange just in front of the hotel. The room was well decorated with a television and air conditioner. There is a cupboard for storing clothes and luggage. Each room has attached bathroom. I love the commode hose to clean the bottom and reduce tissue use. I don’t know how people from certain regions of the world, just use tissue and carry on the day with their stinky assholes. They need to learn from Morocco and other Muslim nations. Anyway the room also has two mirrors for makeup and gesture fitting. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, however, I have seen people eating like monsters, just because it’s free. We should have some sort of respects. The lady (Imane) and lads (sorry didn’t ask the name🙏 next time I won’t forget to ask) in the service desk were awesome and full five 🌟. Excellent price for a comfortable stay. General recommendation for whoever reading my reviews now: plz leave the room as tidy as it was offered. At least it will save few hassles for those untold Heroes and Heroines involved in cleanliness. Hats up to all 👑

The window was not properly a sound proof window. The hustle and bustle of the street can be a constraint for a healthy night sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Zakaria and the two lovely ladies at the reception, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even offered to change our room if we weren't satisfied with the view. The concierge was very helpful, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Additionally, the hotel's location near the popular souks and wholesale shopping areas made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
