stunning! we had a lovely time staying in Farah Casablanca in many occasions. rooms are neatly lead out and spacious , high quality customer service , hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful , all staff including the manager made sure we had everything we asked which made our stay as comfortable as we imagined . the great location of the hotel in the heart of the city of Casablance helped us enjoying our stay as a group and couples . my English and Brazillian friends were amazed by the staff hospitality & food Quality . I would highly recommend Farah five star hotel to Casablance visitors . thank you guys and we will come back.

The Location of the hotel and price of the executive suite room with breakfast included. Cleanliness. Room was excellent. Lobby area is good. Nice bathroom but shower curtains missing as usual similar to other hotels in Morocco

The reception staff is not so attentive. The breakfast area manager doesnt sound welcoming or helpful. Breakfast isn't that great. Just had a cup of expresso and left. They should have at least one dedicated staff for the customers and I didn't see a single soul. They all had a job related to the food setting only. This hotel got a 5 star rating so was expecting the minimum. The pool area doesn't justify its 5 star status as well.

Very good view of Casablanca Port from a very clean standard large 14th floor spacy room, 200M from the railway station 400M from a large variety of clean good food Restaurant Good Gym and big clean swimming pool The area around the pool could do with modernisation but other wise i would recommend for both business and travelers. Also has a very clean, very respectable foyer that makes a good business meeting point.

Area around the swimming pool lets down what is a very good recommended Hotel Warning all the food and drink is over priced compared to the rest of Casablanca.

room service was a little awkward. one thing we ordered they didn’t have but did not say until the food was delivered. we wanted to pay by credit card and they took our card somewhere to use the machine which made us uncomfortable.

The swimming pool They have done a fab job on since my last visit so far bettet environment to relax Well done Farah and keep up the improvements..

1: There are 4 lifts but only one working and that one keeps getting confused. 2: Why no gym and swimming first thing in a morning?

near casa port station to the airport 10 min walk and its near to alsoq madina and bab marakesh and restaurant the hotel was perfect and stuff are lovley i want to stay here forever its perfect for visit and stay and comfortable bed

I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. You could faintly hear traffic noise and beeping taxis from the 16th floor.

Staff are always very polite. I stay at this hotel often and they have come to know me over the years. They always look after me well. The hotel is also very well located.

The facilities are a bit limited compared to some of the other good business hotels in the area. Having said that, I never really use many of the facilities that might be on offer so its not a big problem for me.
