The staff is friendly and helpful. They went out to buy some ice for us, not having any themselves. It is a central riad.

Even if it's a cheap accommodation I would've appreciated for it to be cleaner. There was a lot of very old dust everywhere, the closet had a piece of fabric as a door which was really dusty and it was tied up with a rusty cable, one step away from falling. It would've been better just without it. The first drawer that I opened, the knob came off. The bathroom was very rudimental, a couple things broken, a couple moldy spots, no window... Let's just say the pictures are probably taken many years ago and not that close to the actual state.

The location is right in the old town so you are immersed into the city straight away. The rooms were pretty good but quite small but as we only stayed one night that's not a problem. Check-in was easy and everyone was super friendly. A good breakfast was provided.

The water was cold so no chance of a shower. In our room, the toilet wobbled a lot and was at a funny angle. Parking was a bit of a problem, we had a "guide" who helped us get to the parking area - I doubt we would have got to this area without him and he arranged two spaces at a price of course. This needs to be more clear for future guests with cars.

Very authentic hotel within the Medina (so please note Taxis cannot take you to the front door and Taxi touts will ask you for 100 Dirhams to take your bags to the door for you). The room was nice, albeit a little dark and the breakfast was simple but excellent.

Didn't realise that you had to leave your key at Reception and ASK for your Room to be cleaned

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Location was good, close to all important spots of the medina. Breakfast was rather basic, but generally okay. After some time could get boring. The price was fair with regards to what is being offered.

The bathroom was very tight and got immediately flooded with water after having a shower, as there were no curtains provided. The room looks better in the pictures than in reality and provides rather basic shelter than some sort of super excitement ;) I have been to several more impressive riads in the past in other parts of Morocco.

The location is great! It is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel and near the drop off point if you take a taxi, which I recommend it. It is also pretty! I got a lot of great pictures in the hotel. Also, the staff recommended a restaurant close to hotel to have dinner which was cheap and tasty! The breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated that they prepare it fast as my family and I had to leave the hotel early morning.

Good breakfast. It was cold and the staff tried to find some heaters for everybody We were a group of 9 people. My room was on the top and the air condition did not work. We had to change two rooms before finding a good one.But they did all the possible.

Of all the Riads we have stayed in over the last 16 days in Morocco this was my favourite. It was very bright & airy compared to many others and felt and looked very clean. The beds were firm but not hard. The breakfast (for a Moroccan breakfast) was exceptional with such a great choice of jams, honey, cheese, nut butters, breads & pastries, plus yoghurt etc. The location is excellent, close to 2 of the gates for easy arrival but also simple to walk the meandering streets of the medina to the main square.

FYI the rooms here were a little smaller than we have experienced before but as they were so bright and airy it wasn't an issue at all.

Jihane (host) really kind and nice with us. We lost our bus to Fes and she called the Riad in that place and manage to let us pay one night less than previously booked. Also she prepared a new room for us to stay one more night for the same price without problem. She helped us buy new tickets too. So grateful for her help Good breakfast and air condition on point (even more in august)

No closets or shelves for clothes.

I liked the location, it’s nearby things we wanted to see. There is rooftop you can access to see the town and sunset above the mountains. I love the indoor patio where you eat breakfast. Personnel was really nice. We had to leave very early and the man from the reception gave us breakfast to go.

On the other hand I wasn’t fan of our room, was very dark. Bathroom floor was wet all the time because window was extremely small. There also wasn’t any bathroom doormat so floor was also dirty.

Our stay there wa a great. Right off of one of the main roads to parking was possible close to the hotel. You still had to find parking. Abdullah at the hotel was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave us the best recommendations of places to eat- if you stay ther, definitely ask him for the places to eat at. The 2 restaurants he mentioned were excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms do show some age and could do with some updating like wall switched loose or curtain rods not fixed but then this is the middle of a remote old town so can be overlooked. Overall I highly recommend staying here. It was a very central location.
