The location was perfect, the staff were really helpful, the room was very clean and secure and to top it off, it was very, very affordable! Would definitely stay again.

The lights and aircon didn't work upon arrival, but the staff swiftly fixed the issue.

Owner and staff helpful and friendly. Ice cold bottles of water available. WiFi was good. Nice quiet hotel. Good showers. I was away for a few days hiking Jbel Toubkal and they stored some luggage for me until my return. Would very happily stay here again.

No air con but I wasn't expecting it and I don't really care about that. Stairs are steep.

Brilliant staff and extremely clean place. You couldn’t find no dirt, bathrooms clean at all times - very impressive. Very good staff, helpful and sweet. You can rent a fan for additional cost. Had a lovely terrace we used, views are very impressive and just nice to relax in the evenings. Location was top as well.

There is no way by any standard this place is a hotel. This is a hostel with private rooms instead of bunk beds. You can hear every slight noise at night, we got lucky to sleep 2 nights fully out of 4 nights. It is definitely hit or miss depending on the room. We took the cheapest option near the main door, with no fan in +41 degree. I am sure more expensive rooms were better some had AC so I suggest rent a bit more expensive room as well take ear plugs - I used my every night.

The staff were super friendly, the room was small but was all you really needed. It is an amazing place to stay on a budget and you are right in the heart of the Medina and its markets. There are good spots for food 2 minutes away, markets right outside, and only a 5 min walk to the main square.

The only thing I could really say is that there was only one toilet and shower which wasn't a big problem but was kinda effort for staying on the top floor. Another thing is that there is no AC, which wasn't a problem for visiting when we did in January but in summer it would be roasting.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is located in the old town and only a few minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The beds were really comfy and the room was clean. Late check in was possible, and the staff helped us with booking a taxi service back to the airport for a good price (also, they can help you with booking various tours outside of Marrakech if you ask them). They gave us clean towels on demand and printed our boarding passes (you need to have a printed version of boarding pass for the return trip). Overall, it is a good accommodation for travelers on a budget.

At night it can get a little bit noisy as all of the rooms are situated very close to one another and isolation is bad.

Despite we arrived late in the night there were problems with checking in. The guys at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was small and basic, but clean and comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were clean and well stocked with toilet paper (which might be a problem from time to time in Morocco). The hotel is sitting on a very good spot hidden away in the Medina, but just a minute away from the hustle and bustle. They also offer to store your bike box while you are away if you need such service, which is very handy for bike travellers. Fee is something like 5-10 dirhams per day, which is very affordable. All in all very good place to stay in Morocco if you are not too picky.

The room, private bathroom, blankets, towels, and linens were very clean and the space is more than adequate. The shower water is quite hot - hit or miss at other riad/hotels. Another reviewer said that the shower space is cramped. No it's fine at least to me. Hotel Aday is in as good a location as anything someone is likely to find near Jemaa Fnaa Square - very convenient. The front-room manager was probably the best manager I met in Marrakesh. Concierge level. Luggage storage, tours (at much reduced rate), and availability doesn't necessarily show online due to last minute cancellations, etc. Wifi was adequate (Get the room closest to the front desk and not the rooms further away. Else, go to the rooftop terraces - excellent signal)

Not much and not anything worth nitpicking. Noise from the outside meets the norm for a riad room on the ground floor.

Right in the center. Clean room at a good price. Staff is helpful and speaks good English.

Don't provide towels. A bit loud due to bad insulation.

the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location was pretty good too. The hotel had a roof terrace which would have been good to use to sunbathe but they use it for hanging their washing so wasn’t always accessible. And kudos to the cleaning staff… as I was a tad apprehensive about a shared toilet & shower… but not once did I got to use either and they aren’t not clean.

3 biggest issues for me were: 1. No fan or aircon 2. Bed/mattress wasn’t flat or comfortable 2. No fridge in room (though they did have a fridge on the ground floor you could keep water in)

The property was beautifully decorated and we especially liked the roof, as a place to relax from the midday sun in the shaded area but also to hang out late in the evening! The manager of the property is very friendly, and the location is about a minute from Jemaa el-Fna square (could not be better). We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Very little to say - this property had nothing we disliked.
