The room was very nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive, helped us with the printing of tickets, on finding locations and let us leave the bags on the last day. The location was very close to the plaza.

Wi-fi was only available outside of the room which forced us to leave the room. Even though the cleaning was nice, they do not replace the bath towels with the hot temperatures they got smelly after a few days. The breakfast even though it was nice ended a bit early.

Amazing location, even better customer service!! The riad is 5min from Jemaa el-Fnaa square and 1min from the famouse Henna Art Café, as well as other really nice restaurants (La Pergola, Dardar, Dar Essalam etc) and there are also small souk-like shops. The riad is actually two buildings connected by the gorgeous terrace. we were staying in the riad next to the reception, with an exceptional ground floor with a fountain and plants; the other side has a pool in the ground floor that everyone can use. Amazingly quiet and relaxing. I loved the fact that in the morning they will put incense in the fountain room so the smell would fill the whole place, just so relaxing! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. good shower too. Breakfast is served in the terrace/the breakfast room and it is such a huge and delicious breakfast!! The owner is lovely, always ready to help and chat with us. we loved everything about this riad and we would 100% recommend it!!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite and informative. The riad was clean and looked nice. It's situated In an area with a lot of excellent rooftop restaurants and bars such as Dardar and La Pergola (recommend both). Arranging a taxi with the hotel staff is easy, safe and worked well.

There is a mosque/tower with loudspeakers practically next to the hotel riad. I highly recommend ear plugs unless you don't mind being woken up at sunrise. This is something the hotel obviously can't do anything about, but just a friendly recommendation :)

The riad was beautiful, great breakfast, super location , we loved it, great for families too, spacious terrace.

We loved everything, we didn't expect to hear the 5 am chanting so clearly and be waken up at 5am every morning. Our room was situated just next to a mosque so the morning prayers were very loud and clear, if you don't mind being up early, this makes it for a great experience too. So overall there isn't anything we didn't like.

The location. The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information and advice . The breakfast on the terrace of the rooftop was amazing and delicious and we loved all the decoration inside . This was very authentic of Marrakech . Every detail was really well designed. The WiFi had a very strong signal everywhere. We had an air condition in the room and the room was very clean and neat. We had our towels changed every day . We had a very good stay

The beds were really hard and we woke up everyday with a back ache . The swimming pool it’s just for a decoration I suppose because it was on the ground floor were there were no sunlight . Also the Riad is located just in front of the mosquée so it means that you’re woke up every day at 6am with a prayer but I think it’s a charm of this city

We LOVED it!!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Big thanks to the hotel team, every single one of them was attending to our every need or request with a smile and a lot of care! Hospitality at its best!! Special thanks to Hafida, Maima and Touria for the excellent service of the room!!! Of course Karim, Jalal, Bader and Soufiane where all amazing from reception!! And we will never forget the delicious and filled with care breakfast we enjoyed every day from Souad and Youssef that offerd us a taste of the traditional delicacies!!! The people really made our trip fantastic!! Thank you everyone!!!

We last stayed at this hotel nearly 20 years ago and it’s still just as good. Lovely roof terraces (lower for eating, upper for relaxing), lots of Moroccan tiled floors, art and objects around, small swimming pool for cooling down, 2 additional seating areas to relax. The hotel consists of 2 raids joined which gives it a more intimate and private feel, there are are 2 separate inner courtyards with about 4 rooms per floor, per courtyard, joined at the lower roof terrace. There’s a restaurant which serves breakfast and offers evening meals. Really close to the main square and souqs, walking distance to taxis for the airport (5-10 mins).

We had 2 twins rooms and beds were very soft. Mosque next door will wake up light sleepers. During our stay in Ramadan there was a long call for prayer at 3.30am and again at 4.20am.

Room was good, giving you a Moroccan feel. A very good breakfast with lot of options. Staff provided a packed breakfast box early in the morning. Very kind gesture. Nice indoor garden, a good place to take pictures.

The stairs were too narrow. Its difficult to access the room with the luggage. But its Riad so cannot complain more on this. The water bottle was but pricy almost 4 times the shop price. Make it double but not 4 times as the shop is just outside the Riad.

The greatest breakfast was so amazing in this hotel that we could not stop eating. The best breakfast in entire marrakech. The staff were so extraordinary that we were smiling all the time. The owner met us personally and greeted us. We felt like home. I say to everyone who goes to Marrakech that they should only stay at Riad Sherzade. It's the best in the entire city. No other riad is compared to Riad Sherzade.

I did not like Marrakech Menara Airport. Very bad service from customs and immigration.

Very beautiful Riad in traditional style, a feeling like in 1001 nights, wonderful! Very good location in the traditional Medina, many restaurants and shops nearby, bus to/from train station in easy walking distance. Wonderful rooftop to relax and have breakfest. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only negative point: Riads are not designed to be a hotel, so rooms are not well noise-isolated.
