I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions now, every time i stay it always meets expectations from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The security and the staff during the day and night they are always happy to assist with anything and make the stay as pleasant at possible, they are wonderful! It is very central to guilez and you have everything you need around from cafes to restaurants. I would highly recommend to visit this hotel if you are in marrakech!

The hotel is situated in a good area of Marrakech and it is a good deal for the price paid. I stood in this hotel for 7 nights and i enjoyed it. The receptionists and are very friendly and helpfull( they helped me with plenty of information). On my trip i met other people that were staying in riads and we discussed about it, i came to the conclusion that as a solo traveller this was the best option. It is comfortable, you have great views and it’s very safe.

On the other hand, i would have liked it more if they would have had breakfast and hairdryer available. But you can find close to the hotel plenty of restaurants. Anyway, if you know you need your staff( cosmetics, hairdryer etc.) it’s better to bring them with you.

This is my go to hotel, it's chill, clean the staff are professional and I just like it here. I go back again and again. So that says a lot. The garden and pool is so relaxing. Rooms are cool and different themes. I recommend this hotel for a lot of things.

The internet drove me up the wall. Like hanging out of a window with a I pad lol. I think it's a country problem. They have a lot of issues with connectivity. Sometimes it drops for hours I did point this out to the lady and she said they would fix it. But we westernes need internet period. If internet is important then check with them first. Am sorry we are all hustling out here. It's not moaning we need what we need. But I like these ladies they work hard and I will go back. I just hope it's much better next time. If your just chilling and want to disconnect from the world. The internet 1 million percent this is the hotel for you.

My stay at Hotel Elkabir was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions I highly recommend Hotel Elkabir to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in merrakech

The staff was very helpful, they even helped me with my search for the apartment, which I appreciated a lot. The location of the hotel is great, it's close to all the facilities that Gueliz has to offer. The room was very clean, rather basic, but overall good for the price.

Unfortunately, it's very noisy at night, so I had to use earplugs. As I was staying for a long time (3 weeks), I was kind of missing somewhere where I could work (there's no desk in the room). Another small inconvenience was that the room had only one socket, which wasn't next to the bed, so I couldn't really charge my phone overnight. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay, even for a long period of time.

Nice retro hotel with a great pool area in a terrific location in the heart of Gueliz. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets in the area. Not difficult to get down to the medina either. Friendly staff, room a decent size and I'd say better than I expected for the price. At 20€/night I don't think this hotel can be beaten for value for money.

A/c wasn't very powerful but in fairness it was 45 outside and it worked well enough for me to be comfortable. Would have loved a mini fridge to keep drinks cool but can't have everything.

Its combination of modern decor with traditional accents created a warm and welcoming ambiance in my spacious room with comfortable bedding, Additionally, I was charmed by its friendly and courteous staff providing impeccable service during my entire stay, surpassed all my expectations! I would highly recommend to stay here if you are passing through :)

Amazing staff, genuinely super kind and easy going. Spacious room that had everything you needed, easy to get towels and other kind of support. The distance from the hotel to Jemaa el Fna along with other locations that are attractive for tourists was good, none the least close distance to multiple restaurants and shops. I was travelling solo to Marrakech and had a lovely time staying there, considering the cheap price also, you get your moneys worth.

Clean room, nice pool, good location, air-conditioning worked well, window to the patio so not noisy, they printed my boarding pass for me, check out time is at 12

No breakfast provided, we had to pay our coffee upon arrival (in Morocco it is custom to receive a tea or coffee when arriving at a new hotel, this is usually provided by the hotel and not charged to the customer), we were told the room was ready and handed the key card, but upon entering the room, the cleaning lady hadn't even started cleaning yet
