The apartment was really clean and new. Everything was in the apartment that you ever need from iron to washing machine to full size fridge freezer to washing machine and a 75inch tv!!! Khaula front of house was so good and so helpful. I think she made the stay ever so special. She is an assist to the owners. 5* star for her for every single department. Thankyou for such a good service. Welldone you deserve the praise.

Beautiful place the stuff are amazing,everything is within 5 minutes walking. Restaurants, bakery, nail shops , train stations, Moroccan traditional spa super market and much more . We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment it was super big and clean with 2 full bathrooms . The kitchen is fully equipped with an Espresso machine .you need your buy your own coffee pods which is not a problem because there is an espresso shop near by . There are also many shopping malls and store . AC was in every room.

Absolutely nothing

The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, very spacious and was clean. We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment at no extra cost. The beds were super comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen except to keep our drinks in the fridge but it seemed fully equipped. It felt safe to be in the apartment as well as knowing there was always staff on duty in the reception downstairs. The staff Houssaine and Kalma (apologies if not spelt right) were always polite and helpful. Breakfast was across the street and in a cafe. It was a really good breakfast, staff was super polite and nice. It was served from 10am onwards which was perfect for us because we are not early risers. The location was superb, close to the city (around 40 min walk) but not in a too busy area which is what we wanted. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around that serves really good Moroccan food. We chose to use taxi to get us around as it was too hot to walk with the kids. ATM was around the corner so that was very convenient too. Definitely had a great time. Would totally recommend.

The apartment was clean and large enough for all my friends and I to hangout in the living room together. Appreciated the staff's help in getting additional items needed for our stay including laundry detergent and dish cleaning soap. The location isn't too far from the main center of the city and train station which was super useful (quick taxi rides).

Wish that we were able to get a second key for the apartment so my friends and I didn't have to stick together and/or coordinate return times. Also, wish the shower countertops were larger to hold toiletries, but just a small inconvenience. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

First of all the staff was amazing. They would go out of their way to help you. The rooms were very neat and clean. Everything looked very new. The area is very nice. I will definitely rebook when in Merrakesh.

The water leaks through the shower doors onto the floor. But I see that with every hotel we stayed in Morocco. That might be common in Morocco but if you’re traveling from the USA, it seems really odd.

One of the most beautiful apartments I have visited in Marrakech. The staff are very nice and endlessly helpful. Everything about it is five stars and most importantly, it is cleaner than all the apartments I have visited in ten years. Thanks to everyone who works there, especially the girl whose name is Khawla.

Nothing

Very nice place at a quiet area. Nicely funished and decorated. Khaoula on the reception and Hussein the night guard are very helpful. Excellent value for money.

For real cooking the kitchen could be a bit better equipt. And there is another gentlemen at the reception who is a bit forgetful. So rather dont rely on him if you have a important matter to be solved.

staff wasn’t great… very confusing when checking in as no one seem to care to be helping much. I left in the morning to go get breakfast (served by a third party restaurant, and pretty poor in quality - definitely not worth it) and noticed the front desk was unmanned. when returning there was still no one there, though the front door had been left opened throughout. a short while later i tried to check out and still no one to be seen. after snooping around otherwise I would’ve been late for my flight, I found a man in a back room taking a nap and I had to wake him up! it felt very inappropriate and if I had been there for a longer stay i would’ve been very concerned about security in the place (especially since they held on to my passport on the front desk).

The appartment is very big, comfortable and it has everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms was also a great advantage for a family. The beds were big and the balcone added a lot to the place as well.

It was pretty tough to move around from the hotel, even tho it was not far from the center. We had a little one and we were moving only with a taxi and there were not many passing by in the area. In addition, almost no taxi driver knew the location of the residence, so I ended up giving directions with google maps most of the times.
