Stayed in a 3 bed room with my family and it was a perfect size. Beautiful room with a mini balcony and a lot of natural light. In general, hotel is very well presented, beautiful reception, friendly stuff and great breakfast. They're opening a bar with alcohol soon too, but it's well located with lots of nice bars with live music around.
There's nothing I didn't like about hotel but worth noting that they don't have any tourist information booklets or offer advice booking tours etc. So if you're visiting for the first time, worth researching in advance where to go and what to do in Marrakech.

The room is beautiful, large and great balcony. Staff are very friendly and attentive especially the young man in the breakfast hall in the morning. Breakfast is varied and enjoyable. Hotel is beautifully decorated.
I was in a different room this time to my last visit and the wifi was not great constantly cutting out. New rule of having to give 50 euros on arrival in case issues with room. I did not like this and was not warned of it before arrival. This puts me off booking there in the future. I did get it back but just did not like this new policy.

Couldn’t take a credit card at reception until l told them l had no cash. I requested a pick up at the airport but it didn’t turn up. The internet was poor all over the hotel.
