Cleanliness, size and facilities in the room were good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the kids enjoyed the heated pool.

The food in the restaurant at lunch time was very poor, burger bun was rock hard, meat in wrap was pink and chips were bad

Nice, spacious room with balcony incl amenities like coffee machine / water kettle / complementary tea and coffee etc Location - modern and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants in walking distance, the Medina is about a 30 minute walk away (along avenues with spacious sidewalks, so very walkable) Overall, friendly and attentive service

The breakfast was not really what you'd expect from a Radisson - the choices were rather limited and the presentation/taste of the food was a bit lacking Maybe we were unlucky but the reception area was quite crowded and waiting times were a bit longer every time we needed something

We had a junior suite for 3 of us which provided ample space and was a good layout. Unfortunately we had to move rooms due to noise from a busy road, but the manager (Rashid) was extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The pool area, lunch menu and gym families were all very good. Location was good for access to the new and old town - taxis easy to flag down and very cheap, but be sure to negotiate! The hotel were very good at advising what should be a fair rate.

The booking.com description of the room described a ‘mountain view’ - not a mountain in sight, very misleading! Just a busy road and the opposite apartments. Not really enough sun beds around the pool for a sunny day.

We had a fantastic welcome from Aissem who contributed to making our stay that much more enjoyable. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had some issues with the TV and plumbing and Aissem had these sorted promptly. The location of the hotel is perfect for experiencing the modern side of Marrakech and it is a short drive from the local medina. The Carre Eden shopping centre is adjacent to the hotel and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The area has a lively atmosphere and we felt very safe to be out late at night. We stayed in a local riad at the beginning of our trip which was amazing as well. Ending it off at Radisson Blu Carre Eden was just perfect for us. The breakfast options are plentiful. The omelettes were delicious but the msemmen (moroccon pancakes) were more authentic and tasted much better in the riad. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would certainly stay there again.

I didn't get to go in the pool but it was beautiful you could see inside as the sides where glass and you could sit outside get a take and relax. The Breakfast wasn't the greatest but it did have a lot of options which helped with the choice you made. I got a Hamman spa treatment and it was amazing. The location was great fer restaurants just a walk away a super market and plenty of shows. I would go back. They had a live band which was nice also.

The omelettes was not the greatest in the morning and the fridge is to small to store water in such a hot country. The bed was nice but very firm.

For the first time ever in my 5 stars hotels long enough experience ; upon my arrival against any information when booked the suite for my family; i was told to leave a deposit of 200eur of my bank card for minibar or any other hotel services if being used ; and 200eur will be refunded to me later on if no consumption nor service has been used . Such information wasn't no where mentioned in the reservation or no where else ; it took quite a while to go through this what i call a problem; i have been to three different 5 stars known hotels across morocco no such practice i came across. Waste of time and energy to resolve this problem i came across when checking in. This procedure is a sign of lack of trust between guests and the hotel establishment; where guest feels uncomfortable. Ultimately we agreed i shall leave 500MDH to the front desk as pawn in case of any consumption. At the minibar.to be taken back upon check out . And not thorough my credit card due to delays of refunding the sum it usually takes. The front desk manager was in the end understanding and found a compromise with the 500mad minibar deposit funny enough . As a customer i wish to pay for the room as stated in the hotel reservation when arriving any other consumption payment should be done afterwards and not before ; never heard and never seen such procedures. This can turn a customer off from returning again to the establishment. Otherwise hotel staff were all kind and helpful including the front desk manager " marwane ".

200eur deposit off my credit card upon arrival for minibar or other hotel service.(pawn rule) . Absolutely crazy. Please read the long message above.

The pool area was very nice and the gardens were lovely, the room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The outside eating areas were very nice. The spa and gym were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and for this reason I would go back.

Bedroom and bathrooms need updating, the furniture was dated and old, Bathroom floor very slippy and dangerous, bathroom door didn’t close properly. Chair on the balcony was broken. The service was very slow, sometimes when ringing reception they didn’t answer, same with room service. The receptionists were very slow and there was always a wait to see them.

The staff was very professional, yet friendly and helpful. The free bottled water and Nespresso capsules. The hotel is very conveniently built next to a small, but very useful shopping mall (with shops, coffee-shops, a supermarket and a food-hall).

Even though the service was great, I found the prices of all available services (restaurant, spa) a bit on the pricey side. And this is general and goes for all services catered for tourists in Marocco.

We would highly recommend staying at Radisson Blu, excellent location, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. This is the best hotel to stay if you are visting with children & family. Special thanks to Bouchra (restaurant staff) for serving the food with a big smile. Oumaima was extremely helpful and assisted us in booking excursions from the hotel- I highly recommend booking excursions from the hotel as the drivers were great! Overall had a fantastic stay!!! A big thanks to all the staff of Radisson Blu for making our stay memorable!!
