Stylish , nice pool, bar , spa Concierge Me Sharif was exceptional

Pillows were too hard , the evening meals weren’t up to a standard

I visited this hotel with 3 of my friends and we had a fantastic time. It’s the employees who make this hotel special. Kenzi are very lucky to have such an amazing group of coaches who constantly went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. This involves Mahdi, Chaima, Mouad & Jimmy. The entertainment every night was first class! And they appealed to people of all ages. The hotel wouldn’t be the same without them so please keep them happy at all costs! Ayoub and Zakaria (who work behind the bar) were also fantastic and extremely attentive. I would also recommend speaking with a man called Shareef who works in the hotel as he sorted out our activities for the entire trip!

The only issue I have with the hotel is an incident which occurred upon checkout. We were in a rush to go to the airport and the receptionist wanted to charge us for a missing towel in my friends room. We thought this was ludicrous as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, therefore why are they causing such a hassle over a missing towel which was probably picked up elsewhere in the resort? To make matters worse, they said they would check our bags individually for the towels if we didn’t pay the fine?!?! This left a sour taste in my mouth. However, I am willing to look past this because of my positive experience with the other members of staff who I have mentioned above.

The hotel staff are all great

All-inclusive prices have increased by 25 euros per person every day, without any significant change in the quality of food or drink. I believe that the increase is very high and unjustified. I hope there is a special price for families with children

It was a lovely break from the centre of the city, with good food and a nice room and pool.

We were recommended a agafay safari dinner and booked for our last night, It was honestly the biggest let down of our trip. We were sat in a dusty carpark (not the desert) for 2 hour before being put in another tent with no view of the 'desert' and told we couldn't leave until 11pm. We were surrounded by screaming children and saw multiple people complain. This ruined our last night and cost us 90 euros.

The facility is great from the outside and the inside. The pool area is very nice . The whole area by the pool and the garden is well taken care of and great for relaxation. The breakfast room is also very clean. Breakfast is buffet and lots of choices even though is the same everyday. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the garden. The room is very big. The mattress is too firm for our comfort.

We stayed in one of the riads with garden view. The toilet had an intolerable awful smell like sewage two days after we checked in. We informed the front desk , they move us to one of the Suites. We found a big cockroach in the room and some ants in the bathroom.

The food was exceptional, as were the staff. From roses on the bed each day to impeccably good waiter service. No sooner had we finished a drink, we were offered another. Huge pool. Generally, it is very nice. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Two minor details: The room keys kept cancelling (every second day). They said it was due to being close to other cards, but that wasn't the case, as the second, third, and fourth cards, never left the bedside table. So they have "technical difficulties.". We didnt mind, we got our steps in :-) It's a nice hotel to walk around. The gym definitely needs an update and a little TLC. WD40 would go a long way.

The pools and pool bar were great in lovely gardens. Evening bar had a nice vibe and great entertainment. The staff were very polite and friendly throughout the hotel and the Concierge Sharif was especially helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious and the beds were huge and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and big too.

The dinner choices were limited- restaurant buffet (expensive MAD400 if not on all incl. and you didn’t want a big meal) and a small Moroccan restaurant. The breakfast was standard and the quality of the food could be improved (the bacon was thick and tough). The pillows in the room were hard, huge and uncomfortable so had to request softer pillows.

During check in Fadila was really nice. Without asking she upgraded us to suites. The rooms were amazing and the entire hotel is kept prestige by the smiling workforce. Zakaria (Guest Relations) was so helpful. Always happy to answer any questions and wants every guest to have the best time they possible can. Well Done everyone at the hotel. I’ve travelled a fair bit and I can safely say I would definitely one back to this hotel again.
