Reading old reviews, it seems like guests weren't that happy with this hotel. However, chatting with the staff, I found that the hotel was closed for the last 2 years due to COVID-19 and it just reopened after Eid Celebration. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception because of the people who works here. They deserve to be recognize of what they do, they go the extra mile and anticipate what you want. I have a 1 year old daughter and I get up in the morning to get breakfast for the family and all I do is choose what I like and leave it on the table and they bring it to the room. If the staff can remember your name, it is a sign of a good customer service. They have plenty of activities for everyone including kids. Not to mention the amazing fresh food. The pool ,water slides and rooms were very good and very friendly helpful staff. Shuttle service to the centre was convenient. Most of the booking.com reviews were misleading as it was a positive experience for us.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. The furniture needs to be updated.

Having a shuttle bus to the centre was great to have, it took away the need to go and get a taxi every time you wanted to go to the centre, The pool was great to have, the kids loved it, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and fresh omelette that was being prepared on request, along with Nutella for the kids. Excellent staff and very well kept gardens. The kids are asking to go back to that place with the pool so we'll be happy to go again when time permits!

A kettle in the room would've been great to have as I like hot tea and getting tea ordered it will get cold much faster!

Breakfast is excellent we enjoyed all the 4 breakfast we had. We couldn't use outdoor pool as it was cold in Dec month. Less dinner menu to order but still the food is very good. Spacious rooms with swimming pool view balcony.

Bathrooms need upgrade. I have booked the hotel room for 4 nights but when we returned to hotel on the 4th night, entry key was not working then I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key activated. Rooms are far away from reception and no staffs available at all in that building, you need to ring reception if you want something. Dinner only at restaurant, no room services available. I have paid for indoor swimming pool but still they did not allow me to enter the pool saying that I have to pay additionally. Had to fight with staff to get into indoor pool.

We upgraded to a room with a balcony for 800 dirham ( not supplied with the original booking even though the description said the room would have one). the bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious and they’d even put a line over the bath to hang wet swimsuits. The staff were very nice at all times.

The food on offer was very well cooked and prepared but nearly always the same, lots of salad on offer which I like but by the 8th day I was a bit bored with it. Only 1 restaurant was open not 3 as stated in the description. Perhaps this was because we stayed in June, out of season. The spa, gym and go carting were not open.

Although we were dissatisfied with our first room the staff was very accommodating with the room change . They are very understanding and flexible. They had great breakfast recommendations and the catering staff were very welcoming. Especially the lady and man who make eggs and fresh rotti. Nawal the guide for tours at the hotel was very helpful and gave fantastic recommendation for excursions. She recommended great tours we could do but also helped us with booking taxis/translation. The security staff were very helpful in giving directions/getting taxis. Recommended different routes when there were marathons.

If spa facilities were open would be great.

Everything was amazing!!! The staff, the room, the facilities! The bathroom was sparkling once again!!! I asked 4 hours before our arrival if they could do something nice for us as newly weds and they decorated the room with rose pedals and fresh flowers!!! Everyone is very polite and helpful. I also used the indoor pool which was really clean and warm! It was our second time in a Mogador hotel and we will definitely come back!!!

Excellent hotel with top-notch service and staff hospitality. I would also like to thank and mention Fatima Zahra with the managing staff, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-maintained and has all the amenities you need to have a relaxing stay. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech.

Lovely big room, very convenient for the pool. Nice, traditional breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the city is great. Superb pool and outdoor areas. Less than 1km from a nice shopping centre which had good eating options and interest retail outlets.

We did not feel that lunchtime or evening meals were available. The hotel is geared up for a buffet breakfast and that is it. As a result we ate out every evening during our stay.

All the staff members were kind and professional,I liked the big swimming pools, the aqua park and the kids aqua park. Breakfast and dinner buffet were not bad( I appreciate the Moroccan food like Tanjia, Harira....). The right hotel for families (the accept kids for free ( room and meals )

The kids club was not available, other activities ( karting , escape room, soccer....) were not available too ( maybe due to the earthquake).
