Very accommodating staff. The riad itself is beautiful and located on the edge of the Medina. You are close to everything. The dinner provided was very tasty and a nice way to start sampling Moroccan cuisine. Breakfasts were delicious and the amount just right. Our massages and hamam were relaxing and enjoyable. The spotless bathroom was large and had all necessary items.

My daughter and I each had twin beds. Neither was very comfy, but very firm-too firm for me.

Riad Agdal Royal & Spa is a beautiful, calm space to come back to after the hectic nature of the Medina. The suite was clean, well kept and we enjoyed good breakfasts on the roof terrace. The décor is stylish and the palm trees in the centre are stunning. They organised airport transfers for us both ways which was very helpful.

The beds were quite firm which is to some people's taste!

Beautiful setting and the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you! Loved the birds flying about the place :)

nice room, lovely breakfast, easy walk to the souk, felt safe, helpful staff, good Hammam, We have had an interesting stay in Marrakech, the riad team are all helpful and location wise it is a tranqui location away from the hustle craziness of the souk and close to the palace and mosque as well as a short walk for Jewish quarter & herb souk. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a 10 min walk from the road. The internal pool on the ground level is a perfect place for a quick dunk after a busy day walking in the intense heat, dust & sun!

A beautifully renovated riad, located in Marrakech medina, but relatively easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and air-conditioned, with modern bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a nice rooftop where breakfasts are served.

Doors to the room are wooden and thin, so some noises from within the riad can be heard, especially in the morning when other guests leave their rooms. The neighboring garden is being renovated, so there is some noise coming from there, too.

The Riad is lovely - beautiful rooms with good amenities. The pool is a nice way to take a dip after a hot day, with the terrace very pretty also. The staff are all great here. Very helpful, polite and attentive.

The location is good, though not as close to some main attractions but still good. The rooms are quite dark and the shower is not too powerful but these are only minor things for me!

Very beautiful Riad with nicely decorated rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (Abdellah and the other guy that I forgot his name. They even prepared the breakfast for us very early on our departure day for our convenience. The riad is almost 5 minutes walk from the Souk which is great as you are not constantly in a busy street.

The light at the room was white and not enough which we didn’t like. Some warmer and more light would give a nicer vibe to the room.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was brilliant and kept shaded most of the day! We had a great time using the spa as well with Hammam and massage. The property is close enough to walk to the Medina and get food but far enough away that it was quiet and felt safe.

No door to the bathroom, only a shower curtain which we found a bit intimate. The air conditioner was good but very noisy and broke at one stage during our stay.

Karim, Karim, Karim...he's the ONLY thing you need to know regarding this location and wondering if you should reserve this property. He is probably the BEST manager, concierge, cook, tour guide, you name it, that I've EVER encountered. His friendly smile greeted us with tea even when we arrived close to midnight and he ensured that we felt very welcome and immediately like family. I don't know when he sleeps because then he was there in the morning with his smile to make sure that we were having a great breakfast and to make sure that we were making the most out of our trip. Anytime we asked for something Karim was quick to deliver. His charm was always on display and he was constantly checking up on us and ensuring that we were having a pleasurable stay or just to sit around and have playful banter and conversation. When my friend had to leave at 4am for an activity, Karim was right there with her to make sure she got to her driver safely. The breakfast was delicious every day and their coffee was the best coffee I've ever had; it's even amazing in the heat of the afternoon and somehow cooled you down. The pool was refreshing and very private; I loved how it wasn't on the rooftop, but snuggled away so you could actually cool down in 107 degree weather. The room was comfortable and had extreme character while being modern as well and the hotel itself ALWAYS smelt good thanks to the wonderful ladies that seemed to always be cleaning or doing something in the background. As you can tell I thoroughly enjoyed by stay at this Riad and would definitely stay there again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they served us some DELICIOUS pancakes the first morning and then switched it up with other foods the next days. Not really a negative because Karim told us that they switched the menu up every day but those pancakes were really good and I wanted them again LOL

Our stay at the beautiful serene Riad Agdal Royal was one of the major highlights of our 5 days in Marrakech. It began with our welcome from Karim the manager extraordinaire. He sat us down with mint tea and sweets and then talked to us about some places to visit during our stay. In addition, since we had arrived on Eid, a major holiday where everything is closed, he had already planned a dinner for us though we had not requested one. His kindness and hospitality added to the beauty of the rooms, the updated modern bathrooms, and the lovely courtyard with dipping pool and the peaceful upstairs terrace. We were served a delicious breakfast that varied each day ranging from Moroccan pancakes, to homemade yogurt, chocolate crepes, and eggs and breads. The Riad is walking distance from all the main attractions in the Medina, yet it is just set off enough to be a quiet retreat. We could not have picked a better place. Thank you Karim for all your care and the great conversations.
