Lovely hotel, great feel of tranquility after a hot chaotic day out in the souks. Lovely staff, loved the roof terrace where you could sit at night to read or simply relax, get some fresh air, listen to the sounds of the city with local live music floating up from the hotel dinning room. The staff give very good local advice and the tour guide they recommended was very knowledgeable. We were very well looked after, thoughtful little touches like our sheets being turned down and bedside lamps turned on ready for us after we returned from a long tiring trip to the desert were noticed and appreciated. On our last day we were sent off with a packed lunch for the airport which was very sweet of them.
Loved it all, one small thing but important to us was, we think the air conditioning filter could possibly benefit from being changed or cleaned, as our allergies were triggered when it was turned on so we sometimes tried sleeping without it. Other than this which would not be an issue for most people, it is a hotel I would recommend.

Lovely service, perfect stay, and amazing hospitality. It was easy to get to the hotel and was nice to be welcomed by dates, milk, and Moroccan tea. We loved the breakfast and the snacks we got during the day. The place really makes you feel that your stay is about comfort more than a business generating money. That makes a big difference. Many thanks to all the hard work and smart hospitality ideas that the employees put together for their guests. I will definitely book for my next stay here. Please, keep it up.
I would invest more in air-conditioning, esp, in the courtyard. Marrakesh really gets hot in the summer, and you need to have a relaxed breakfast without worrying about the heat. Two of the first rooms need new ACs to cool them well. Other than July and August, this shouldn't be a problem.

We had a beautiful sty in Riad Ksar Anika. The courtyard area is just stunning and a great place to sit out and relax after a busy day in the city. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, we had a gorgeous terrace attached to our room which was so lovely to sit out on with some tea or coffee. The staff couldn’t do more for you, constantly checking if we were ok and if we needed anything, they organized some of the excursions for us and were so helpful and friendly every time we had a question. The women who do the hammam and massages were wonderful as well, would highly recommend having both experiences during your stay! The staff even prepared some sandwiches and fruit for us as we headed to the airport, a lovely touch!
Nothing, it was all brilliant!

Everyone is very pleasant, and the properties very clean with all the amenities that you need. I was concerned about the distance from the center of Madina, but this was not too bad 10-12 min fast walk. As mentioned by others, it is a nice respite from the busy center. Rooms are spacious and most comfortable bed in all Of our trip. Beautiful terrace. All the staff was delightful!
The restaurant is good but very limited menu, that is okay because you are there to explore, but it can help if you need a night of rest. The prices are in Euro, then exchanged to MAD at a low rate and then a credit card fee of 3%. Just make the prices in MAD and as a boutique/luxury hotel, do away with the 3%. No other hotel we stayed at did this. Be careful of floor around the pool, SLIPPERY when wet!

The location was excellent, it was a few minutes walk to every monument, 3 minutes to Albahia , 5 minutes to Elbadali palace , 3 minutes to the spices market , and around 13 minutes to Jamia AlFna . Staff was quite friendly and helpful, they helped a lot in our stay, and they have given us advice on how to bargain and where to visit and buy things. The beds were comfortable and the toilets/showers were clean. Good daily breakfast .
The illumination inside the room was a bit dim , however everything else is fantastic.

The hotel's location is excellent. A taxi can drop you right outside the hotel which is a big extra in the old city. With riads the taxi normally has to drop you a few mins walk away from your riad which can be annoying at night. Their breakfast was great too, with the amazing fresh orange juice I had everywhere in Marrakesh. Their staff was also so patient with us as the last day we had such a commotion with delayed flights back on Air France. Thank you so much for your care
The terrace is currently under construction. It's good that they were doing this during their winter low season, but as a result we could not use the rooftop terrace. We were out of the hotel mostly so we did see many other rooftop terraces during the time we were there which is a signature thing to do in Marrakesh.

The Riad is at a small the road and has a no parking – we parked on the street in front of the security personnel and camera. No problem. The interior is typical Moroccan style and of high quality. A little bit of exclusiveness. This time we didn´t take a suite – only normal room: Big, nicely decorated, well equipped, clean with a modern bath. (The suites are more luxury) The terrace on the roof is really nice with a good view over the town and good for chilling after activities. The pool is small but good – enough for refreshing. Very friendly personnel, good breakfast (no buffet) - Moroccan and European style. Stable quality since 2016 (our first visit) – We will book it again if we visit Marrakesh.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this property is. my husband and I had a long commute from Casablanca and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and immediately fell in love with the people and the property. This Riad is beautifully decorated. The restaurant menu is superb - you must try their Anika sauce! The staff’s attention to detail is top notch. The waiters and cleaning staff really care for you as though you were guests in their own home. The location can’t be beat! You can get to the palaces in 10 minutes or less. We loved it so very much and can’t wait to come back with our family. This place is a must stay when in Marrakech. We found a new home! We will be back!

This Riad is really beautiful and is located in the centre of Marrakech, two steps from El Bahia Palace. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The terrace is very nice and it is a very good spot to take a sun bath, Staff is really gentle and really friendly. Breakfast is typical and large, (peraphs if you stay for a long period could be little repetitive). My stay was really comfortable, hence this hotel is warmly recommended.
As the riad is not cheap, some details could be improved, sometime personnel shows lack of experience, but at the end nothing to complain for.
