The Riad itself was lovely, we stayed in the executive suite, the sunken bathtub was a lovely touch. The pool was great for 1 family at a time. Beautiful and clean. Marble floors so care needed with kids. Maid/cleaning Staff ,were helpful, if you asked for things they would provide (extra breakfast items, hot water for tea etc.) rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Lovely Stay and would go again. Spa is great too, clean but the hamam was a bit rushed! Massage was excellent and fully worth it!
I was disappointed that no free water bottles were provided daily-like other riads-only on the first day. I did get a little cross especially as we were there for 8 nights; yes we can buy water but it’s a minor thing to offer guests. No kettle for Brits who like a morning cuppa. But, the friendly staff provided hot water and cups when we asked so that’s a plus. Breakfast options were on some days a bit scarce , but again if you ask they will restock.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The location in the Medina is perfect for sightseeing, being only a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet it is a quiet and secluded place to stay. The property is thoughtfully decorated throughout and the rooms are a generous size and immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the spa is an added attraction. Finally all the staff we encountered were wonderful - so cheerful, polite, charming and focused on ensuring your holiday is perfect.
I can't think of anything negative but will say that the location is quite secluded and difficult to reach until you get your bearings. We didn't find it an issue though - it just added to the charm.

The location is superb, making it incredibly easy to explore the surroundings with great convenience. Navigating the area was a breeze, and the accessibility added to the overall positive impression of the stay. The staff at Riad were not only welcoming but also went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their friendliness and accommodating nature created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the visit, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings. The meals were well-prepared, and the variety provided a delightful culinary experience. The rooftop at Riad was wonderufl, offering a peaceful escape for work or relaxation. The ambiance was perfect for unwinding, and the breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to the experience. In the evening, the hot tub proved to be a fantastic way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, my overall experience at Riad was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay. The combination of an excellent location, lovely staff, and cozy amenities made it a memorable and enjoyable visit. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, Riad is definitely worth considering.
The lunch options were less impressive, but this was not a major concern as there were plenty of dining options in the vicinity to explore.

Stunning interior design, the pictures don't do it justice. Staff were friendly and always on hand to help with organising tours and giving advice. Comfy bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast. This Riad is an oasis of calm in the busy Medina. A short 5 minutes walk to the main square and yet still quite and peaceful. We didn't get chance to use rooftop for hot tub and sun bathing but it's very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Try the M rooftop restaurant around the corner for food. Hotel staff recommended and it was one of the best meals over our trip.
Some soap or hand soap would be nice in bathroom. We just used the shower gel instead.

The Riad was perfect, very clean, great location, very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. They provided us with another room on the day of check-out as I felt unwell and we had a late flight, we were not charged for this so all I can say is a huge thank you to such accommodating staff. Maybe wouldn't have been able to provide this if fully booked but they did and was so grateful. When we couldn't find a restaurant they actually came out and walked us to it, which we would never have found on our own. What fantastic hospitality that is. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lovely traditional Riad with great staff.

Everything about the property was excellent, clean, pool was larger than most riads and the hot tub was great. The location was excellent, less than 5min walk to Jem El Fnaa and the same for pick up points for excursions.
Reading previous reviews, was expected, but the breakfast was bland and the same everyday. The only variety or change was watermelon some days and melon on other days. English wasn’t great with the staff but good enough to have a comfortable stay.

Riad al Rimal is like a calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Marrakech medina. We were warmly welcomed by Fatiha and Abduraheem with delicious mint tea and traditional Moroccon treats. Fatiha gave us useful tips on things to see and do and general tips on finding our way around. The riad is in alley and may not be that easy to find but this is Marrakech and the alley ways are part of the charm. We asked a local and he was very happy to show us the way for a small donation. The riad is beautifully and tastfully decorated with a very calming and peaceful ambience. The family room is not large but the beds are very comfortable. The air-conditioning and wifi worked extremely well. The staff are exceptional and their hospitality is amazing. I needed a quiet space to do some work and found the area adjacent to the pool to be just perfect. Fateh noticed me working and immediately turned on the air-conditioning in the area so that I could be more comfortable. Some of the previous reviews mention that breakfast is limited, so I would like to elaborate on our experience. We found the breakfast to be absolutely delicious, in fact much better than some of the high end hotels that we've stayed at in Morocco. Everything was so fresh and tasty, the breads were still warm and the quality is superb. At first glance, it may not appear to be a huge variety but there is more than enough and we found it to be much tastier and more filling than most of our other stays. Fateha even made my son sunny side eggs with a smiley face. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Riad al Rimal.

Everything !! The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the vibrant main square in the medina and a few minutes from the main road for taxis to discover more of Marrakesh. We never had to travel far at all for anything, as everything was so close by. The decor of the property is just beautiful, with a stunning roof top area and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff are exceptional and made our stay effortless. We’ve missed being here since the moment we had to leave!
Nothing at all! Everything was just perfection!

If you want to experience Marrakech to the fullest, staying in a riad in the middle of the Medina is a must, and Riad Al Rimal would be the one I would choose again! It's a beautiful riad with exceptional staff and beautiful accommodation, also close to the centre and also where you can get cabs to other parts. If you are to be collected for day trips, they will mainly meet you by the end of the horses where the cabs sit (across from the mosque) As of the middle of November there are a group of kittens (2 litters) and 2 or 3 young adults right outside - super sweet and appreciate water and your dinner scraps, just please don't feed them so much they become reliant, send them love from their English mummy! Enjoy!
The only criticisms I would have is the bed was a bit too hard for us (personal preference) and the Jacuzzi could use some updating and cleaning more regularly- we only knew how to turn it on as my husband is an electrician! It is within many a maze within the medina so pay special attention when leaving and returning the first couple of times so you don't get too lost! Anyone moaning about the 'alleyway location' take with a pinch of salt, if research on marrakech was done they would already have known that and known how common that is if you want to stay in a riad, lowering their stars for that is unfair! Breakfast eggs aren't a clear option so do ask for them!

Everything about our stay at Riad Al Rimal was perfection! From the moment we entered in the unassuming door to the riad we were amazed. We were greeted with delicious mint tea and pastries. The riad itself is beautiful!! Our group had 3 rooms, and each was decorated differently and so beautiful. Comfortable beds, wonderful tile work in the rooms, spacious bathrooms. We quickly found our way walking through the alleyways to get to Jemma alFna Square, shopping and restaurants. We also took advantage of the on-site Hammam. Fadwa was amazing!! All of the staff were so kind and helpful! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a beautiful way to start our day. Fruits, meats/cheese, pastries, yogurt, tea/coffee and delicious orange juice!! We had to leave at 6:30am when checking out & they were kind enough to make us breakfast before leaving.
The pool is beautiful and the hot tub on the rooftop terrace is inviting, but both were a bit too cool for our liking.
