Very warm welcome with mint tea , almonds & sweet treats. Large rooms with bottled water, comfortable beds, wardrobes & bathroom with shower. Breakfast served on rooftop was good but basic (breads, jams, yoghurt, fruit & cake, fresh juice , tea & coffee) We had an early start on our last day so the night receptionist made a special effort for us & prepared our breakfast an hour before the official breakfast serving. This was really appreciated. He also helped with our bags.

Difficult to find without help

The staff was really friendly. Soufyan received us with tea and pastries and was very helpful and enthusiastic during our stay . The location was great. Really close to the noisy Jemaa el-fnaa square but the riad was calm and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with typical moroccan food.

The shower could have a little more water pressure. The toilet pipes could be better covered. The water heater was noisy. The room door had to be closed with a locker.

When I arrived, they welcomed me like an arriving prince. Very friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable both inside and outside the hotel. Making sure you know how to move through the city like a Moroccan.

The room was so comfortable that I accidentally slept 11 hours

We had to change room as there were a lot of noises (construction noise) from a nearby property. I wouldn’t describe it as De Luxe. Too overpriced.

the Riad was in an excellent location to the big square. we had fabulous restaurants near us which served amazing food. Ali and Souf were amazing. they gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Souf arranged breakfast for us despite him having to serve it at 4am before we left for the airport. thank you both.

A defined and luxurious Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. Perfect to in the market as well going to excursions. Welcoming and staff advice was great.

while breakfast was tasty, a few international options like cooked eggs on demand would have been nice.

Excellent location, a few minutes from Jmaa El Fnaa Square in the center of the Medina. The staff (Ahmed and Khaleed) were always available and helpful and took care of everything for us (from an unexpected transport from other city to boarding passes and invoices from other providers).

Wi fi was not always very powerful and it could have some fruit at the breakfast (in spite of the excellent fresh orange juice).

Absolutely loved everything. Location is super central, stuff is extremely kind and always available, amenities are super clean and beautiful. 10/10!

Everything was perfect.

Everything was just fabulous: the location (can't be better), the staff (can't be more helpful, e.g. to provide a parking spot), the rooftop (incl jacuzi), the breakfast....

The staff is the best, super helpful and always smiling, the place is beautiful and the roof top is very nice to relax and have a drink. Finally, it is a walking distance to everything but still very quite.

The rooms downstairs lack natural light, it was out luck
