The Riad is well located for the tourist sights - most are walkable from the Riad. High standard of cleanliness throughout and the beds were comfortable and the shower strong with plenty of hot water! Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to advise us to make the most of our stay in Marrakesh. Tasty and filling breakfast as well! Would certainly recommend to others.

The location was a little difficult to locate at first (the taxi driver can get you to the main square and then it is 5-10 minute walk from there). It is worth considering taking the services of the Riad staff to meet you at the Hotel/Cafe de France and guiding you through the alleys of the souk to the Riad Boussa on your initial arrival. After that first visit we found it easy to locate.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Boussa and it was in large part due to Ahmed the host/manager. He went so far above and beyond with his recommendations (was even able to set up a tour in Spanish within 3 hours of our arrival) and hospitality that we felt like family. The room was comfortable and our two kids loved sleeping in little loft above. The breakfast was also plentiful. The area outside the riad was interesting, but we grew to appreciate living like a local and wanted to be right in the medina.

Fantastic food and a clean Riad. Great host who were always helpful and went above and beyond. Mohammed and Ahmed were absolutely fantastic. Helped us with getting around and gave great advice. They even made my birthday memorable. Me and daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Riad. Would recommend👍

Can't fault but navigating to the Riad may be a little confusing for some

Ahmed and Mohamed were absolutely amazing. They truly cared about my comfort and needs. They provided me with a map of the area as well as tips on where to go and how to go about shopping and will help you with negotiating prices. As a solo traveler, they truly made me feel safe especially when Ahmed offered to walk me to the Riad at night a few times.

I didn’t like the fact that some parts of the alleyway getting to and from the Riad were creepy at night but Ahmed offered to walk me so that was great.

Mohammed and Ahmed were both great hosts. Totally supportive and not at all pushy. Happy to suggest itinary and a tour but equally happy to look at the internet with us!

There was a delay in organizing the taxi pick up at the airport. We did not have wi fi or a telephone signal and when we phoned eventually were put through to the answering machine (in German!) We were phoned back and fortunatly picked up the airport wi fi. There was a major traffic jam appraently (all of Marrakech seems like this!)

We loved our stay at Riad Boussa. After two weeks of travelling around Morocco, the whole family voted Riad Boussa our favourite accommodation. We had such a warm welcome and Ahmed was so helpful in helping us know where to go and what to do in Marrakesh. The breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful and spotless. Riad Boussa was so close to everything but was quiet a calm, a perfect respite! The roof terrace was an absolute bonus. The airport transfer was smooth and well worth booking.

Ahmed and Mohammed were very hospitable and catered for our every need. Ahmed was very helpful and arranged transport, gave us a medina map and explained best points to see, where to exchange currency and how to get back to Riad. Breakfast was also very good. Good interior decoration and communal spaces. Felt cozy. Perfect location right next to the Souks and close to Jemaa-el-Fnaa. The Riad cat (Simba) was also lovely and a good addition.

Room was slightly on the louder side on ground floor, but still not bad.

I recently stayed at Riad Boussa and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable—a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ahmed gave us valuable information, answered all my questions with a smile and patience, and purchased a train ticket to Casablanca a day before I left. The internet was fast. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Marrakesh. My first visit to Morocco was unforgettable. Morrocan people are extremely hospitable.

Ahmed and his team couldn't be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped me make alternative arrangements when needed, we could eat breakfast as we wanted, everything was flexible, relaxed and done with a smile. The riad was right in the heart of the Medina, a few minutes from Jamaa el Fna. Maintained to a high standard.

The staff were very attentive to us, even walking us and our suitcase out when we leave. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan. Location right in the middle of the main square.

Very small room. The hotel did not accept card payment and we had to pay everything by cash. This was also slightly miscommunicated at the beginning where we thought we could pay by card.
