Very clean, cozy and great location close to the best souks in our opinion. The stuff is really amazing. We cannot say enough about the kind Aziz always there at any time to welcome us with a warm smile and give us information and help. The kind Souleiman every morning serving our breakfast with a big smile. And of course Hassan always available to give information and help out with what we need. Thank you so much guys for making this trip so memorable.

A small smell from the sewer in the bathroom but negligible and it was not so much in case we kept the door of the bathroom open.

This charming riad was the perfect oasis of beauty and peace located in the heart of busy amazing Marrakech! Our host was outstanding providing us with all the information we needed to make the very most of our very short stay. Our room was heavenly…so much care and attention was put into every detail and it included a bath tub!!!! Perfect for relaxing after busy days. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and the views from the breakfast area and upper terrace were spectacular. This riad had been recently renovated and the stunning design and open spaces were absolutely gorgeous. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer…next time!

Our stay at Riad Twiza was truly delightful. The ambiance exudes tranquility, with a charming terrace that became our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and serene sunset moments in the evenings. Situated conveniently in the heart of the Medina, it strikes the perfect balance of proximity to the souq without being engulfed in its chaos. Hassan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always readily available to cater to our needs. Upon our request, they even arranged a mesmerizing trip to the desert, adding an extra layer of adventure to our experience. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bed provided the utmost comfort, guaranteeing a restful sleep, the only problem was the birds twitting at sunrise (a nice problem to have!). Every corner of the riad was impeccably clean, enhancing our overall satisfaction. Without a doubt, I would eagerly return to Riad Twiza for another unforgettable stay.

There is a 5% fee for credit card payments and paying the entire amount in cash posed a challenge due to the limitations on ATM cash withdrawals. It's worth mentioning that, in line with many establishments in Morocco, Riad Twiza does not serve alcohol.

Riad Tizwa in Marrakech is an elegant luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the historic center of Marrakech. The location is perfect, inside the medina but still easily accessible by car. The rooms are beautiful and traditional and contemporary in design and the breakfast has always been super. We had the opportunity to chat with the Owner, whose story was really interesting, and the staff were really precious, Hassan and Aziz were always very helpful and made us feel really at home. A truly recommended stay.

The Riad was in a great location right on the edge of the medina which made it easy to get to many attractions on foot but it was also easy to arrive by taxi. It offered a peaceful escape from the city. The breakfast provided was really nice. But what really made our trip was the staff who were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times. We also booked a 3 day/2 night trip to Merzouga through the riad which we really enjoyed and went seamlessly. Thanks to Hassan in particular for providing us with all the info we needed!

Nothing! Everything was great! Would recommend.

The breakfast was delicious and healthy. We loved the bread and homemade yogurt! We ate on the top floor terrace overlooking the city where people also lounged on comfortable chaises. The Riad is beautiful. While it doesn't have the ritzy glamor of some other Marrakesh Riads, it is a welcoming and warm place that is very clean and well designed with a little fountain in the center of the courtyard with flower petals floating in the water. The rooms are spacious and have lovely touches like Moroccan soaps and slippers. One of the highlights was meeting the people who work there, especially Hassan and Azzize, who gave us fabulous advice and spent lots of time with us answering our many questions about the city, the country, the culture, the languages, and even their families.

The staff at Riad Tizwa were exceptional - they were welcoming, helpful and so friendly. Special mention Hassan. The breakfasts were extraordinary, plenty of traditional Moroccan food all prepared to a high standard.

Very hard to find something we didn’t like!! Guests do not have their own access to the main door meaning a member of staff has to let you in. However, we were encouraged to come and go as we pleased, whatever time of day. We were never made to feel this was an issue and it added to the accommodation feeling secure and welcoming!

This was by far the most amazing stay I have had in Morocco. I travel a lot for work, so am always very excited when I get to stay for pleasure, and this exceeded every possible expectation. The manager Hassan was amazing, going above and beyond to give us recommendations and make our stay as incredible as possible. Breakfast was phenominal, our room was stunning, and the riad is so close to many of the must-see attractions.

Everything was fantastic. I spent 5 nights there and it really felt like home. Hassan and Azis were fantastic hosts, who had an answer to all my questions and were ways helpful and lovely to engage with. The room was incredibly comfortable and unlike the other two riads I stayed at in Morrocco, it was QUIET. The rooftop was pleasant, beautiful, and many places to relax. A real perk was that it was just 10m off of a road so you could get transport easily, but set back so you didn't hear road noise. Plus, it was right next to the entrance to the Medina so very convenient for shops and restaurants. I can't say enough about my stay.

Literally nothing.

This riad is perfect located in Marrakesh: we reached very fast the different markets, who could park our car in a near garage (which was not expensive, 75 MDH per day). Although there are a lot of cars in the center of Marrakesh this riad is quiet and you do not realize the traffic outside in the streets. A taxi station is just nearby and you can load your luggage just over the street for a few minutes. The staff is extremely polite and helpful (esp. Hassan) and seldom you meet such a perfect and polite room service. We loved sitting in the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. It is not the super-luxury-riad but a sympathic and traditional house with a friendly team. We will come again.

Our expectations were fully met so that it is not easy to describe what should be better. Of course it is an old house, but old houses have charm and are authentic. This riad is nothing for people who expect a hotel like Hilton or others. It is the right one for travellers who are looking for tradition.
