The location is perfect, in a safe, central area close to all the main attractions in Marrakesh, the riad is clean, well-kept and beautiful, authentic atmosphere and design The breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and delicious, served in abundance and always with a smile.. fresh fruit, fresh citrus fruit juice, pastries and excellent coffee But the best thing about this riad is the excellent service of the hosts, especially Yosef and Mohammed, who really went out of their way to make my stay in Marrakesh enjoyable They are always attentive, and ready to help and always with a smile They just made me feel at home

Everything was perfect

New moon riad was a really amazing surprise in our days in Marrakesh. Super good location, near all the main attractions. It’s safe to walk on the roads and it has police on the streets, since it’s near a royal palace protected by military. we always walked safe inside the medina. The space was very clean and with a nice smell, and each day we had room service with new towels and everything. The space was beautiful with the candlelight’s. The staff was also super helpful with information and help around the city. It is also near the souks. Don’t get afraid to get lost there :)

1 - The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helped me and my friend with deciding what to do each day, giving great recommendations and helping us book excursions. They were also very accommodating, helping with storing luggage whilst we waited for our flights back and helped with printing our boarding passes. 2 - The interior of the place was beautiful, we decided to stay at a Riad for a real Moroccan feel and that’s exactly what we got. 3 - Location!! It is within walking distance from many of the attraction and surrounded by lovely stalls and food places (a lot of highly rated cafes and restaurants) 4 - The breakfast at a first glance seemed pretty standard, tea, bread and juice. However, the range of different tasting breads and cakes was brilliant and enjoyable each day. There are different options daily, including fruit salads and eggs as additional breakfast items. 5 - The bedroom was really nice, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 6 - Despite being in a busy area, it is very quiet meaning you can get plenty of rest after busy day filled with surprises.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

This Riad was a great find!. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was attended every day.The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind especially Ismail with whom I dealt most of the time. A pleasure to deal with them. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. The location was central but also very quiet. I recommend this place without reservations.

I liked everything. The only thing that I was a little disappointed was that the breakfast wasn’t served on the rooftop terrace. But not really a big deal.

Incredible location on a safe street in the Medina, easy to access almost everything in Marrakesh. We loved our room, the decoration around the riad was amazing. Rooftop was great to relax and the dipping pool was appreciated after a hot day in the medina. Lovely filling vegetarian breakfast. Most importantly the staff was incredible and caring - Ibtissam and Ismail took great care of us. We would love to stay here again if we come back.

The location of the Riad is great. It's a short walk from the taxi stand. The owner of the Riad came personally to get us from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad. The Riad was beautiful and looks just like the photos on booking.com. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. It was made fresh and after we asked for fresh orange juice, they made it on the second day. The service was very friendly all throughout.

Nice accommodation within the Medina

Card machine would not work and cash was very difficult to get locally as cash points had ran out of cash. I'd recommend paying in advance through booking.com. We returned to Medina at 2am, not aware that Medina closed during the night. A local tried to show us the way back to the Riad and then demanded payment (our 50DHM was not sufficient) Fortunately he fled when the receptionist came to the door to let us in. Beware

The location was fantastic. The hospitality of the ground staff Muhammed and Hamou was fantastic. They were very accommodating and assisted beyond what was needed.

There were intermittent drilling sounds in the morning/afternoon. And it was a hassle carrying the luggages up and down the stairs - although again Mohammad helped when checking in and Hamou helped with the extremely heavy luggages when checking out.

Lovely riad, great location close to everything but nicely tucked away from all the hustle & bustle of the medina. Our room was spacious, well equipped & spotlessly clean. Hosts were incredibly friendly & helpful

Maybe a little more variety for breakfast, especially for guests staying for a few days

The Riad was centrally located you can visit local places on foot. The host Mohamed was so welcoming and helpful we felt at home and comfortable throughout our stay. He met us at the drop off point and had mint tea prepared for us at the hotel it was a nice surprise. He gave us advise on what places to see, also if we need direction to always ask the women working in the shop, otherwise random people on the streets will tend to ask money in return. Breakfast was a mix of Moroccan and Continental, catering staff friendly and service was great. the neighbourhood was quite safe with constant police presence around since the Riad is near a government building. so many tourists around the area, local restaurants and shops nearby. my advise, always have Moroccan Dirham for convenience, not all shops accepts foreign currency.
