Stunning collection of little riads. Location perfect for exploring the medina. The beds were comfortable, en-suite a decent size. Staff were friendly. Addition of heated pool was a great bonus! The terrace was our favourite part.

Some breakfast things ran out before 9:30. Shower occasionally ran cold.

The Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff are very lovely. They went above and beyond to help, from welcome drinks and snacks, to printing our boarding passes and even speaking to excursion teams on our behalf. The rooms were very lovely and clean and picturesque and the AC is fantastic! Very close to main square. Only took us 5 minutes to walk to the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike!

Beautiful riad, with a peaceful and restful atmosphere. Lovely fountains, red roses, and lovely fragrances around the place. It was nice to have a plunge pool to chill down as temps were hitting 47c. We've stayed at this riad before, 15 years ago, when it was much smaller, but the renovations and additional space have been done so sympathetically that you'd never know they were new additions. Beautiful place and fantastic staff. Loved our stay and will be back

Everything was great.

This property was elegant sparkling clean well situated and quiet. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They all bent over backwards to accommodate, were friendly and exceedingly professional. Simo at the front desk speaks five languages including American sign, is an Energetic can do person with humour, patience and a fantastic knowledge of the Medina and surrounding places of interest. Hennan in the kitchen is a pleasure, sweet kind and so engaged. The other staff whose names regrettably I haven’t mentioned were all so wonderful and really make the stay a memorable experience. This property also offers an excellent breakfast. Could not improve on my experience. The riad and its Staff reflect the heart and soul of Marrakesh

We arranged pickup from the airport, we were met and took a short drive to the riad. Someone help us with our luggage through the Médina to the Riad. Our room was great, clean and we were greeted with mint tea! Breakfast buffet was good and lots of variety. We were also offered a free spa night! They also helped us arrange a 3 day 2 night trip to the Sahara Desert! Everything was truly beautiful and amazing. I would recommend this riad to anyone! The location was great, just a short walk to the main square and near by lots of food options! Thank u to Simo who made us feel super welcomed and told us about all the local spots and money exchanges.

Even though I have been to Marrakech several times now and certainly not for the last time, there were new things to discover again this time. It was my first time in Riad Palais des Princess & Spa and I am thrilled - a real feel-good place. I was also able to produce the videos for my new online course here in a wonderful ambience. The staff always supported me with this. A particular highlight was the lovely Nouhaila, with whom I was able to exchange ideas and inspiration again and again. I will definitely be back and will recommend the riad to others.

The riad is like an oasis in the midst of all the square chaos. The staff were very friendly, helpful and tentative. I had a small maintenance issue in the room and they had it fixed within 10 minutes of me reporting it. The pool was refreshing after the long days of being in the sun. Breakfast was good and of a large variety of things. The hospitality of serving tea after check in was nice. The taxi service was convenient and the gentlemen carrying our bags through the square to/from the taxi was very friendly and helpful. Aircon in the room was refreshing too!

The fact that we chose this place for our trip significantly improved the quality of the holiday. Location is amazing, just few minutes from the main square where you can catch taxi or any excursions start. Staff is extemely friendly, helpful and speaks perfect english. We have used the airport pick up offered by the hotel, massages, the reception gave us recommendations and printed boardong tickets. Breakfast has huge variety of tasty food, really recommend. Hotel consist of 3 beautiful riads which are connected, has a lovely heated pool and big terrace. Overall very calming and peacful environment.

Our room was very tight in space so we were hitting everything a lot when moving around. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider for bigger and less mobile people. Also the peacefulness really depends on other guests and their common sense since windows and doors are very thin (as in every riad). For the last night of our stay lots of new guests arrived that decided to stay up late in the terrace so it was hard to get any sleep.

Customer service excellent. You're given a lot on info about touristy spots etc and best way to travel. The staff are always super helpful and on site 24/7. We actually had our ac stop working at night around 11pm and the staff just gave us an other room to stay in straight away. Id recommended staying here 100%. I would only say the location was a problem when we first arrived and tried to find the hotel. It is 5mins walk I would say to get to it from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square so make sure Google takes you to that side. If you happen to reach from the Bahia Palace side you will have a very long walk and it's a bit more difficult to find. So make sure you set Google maps to a restaurant called Snack Toubkal in Jemma el-Fnaa and it will be a 5 min walk from there.

From first entering, the reception staff were very warm, welcoming and professional. Started with tea, taking luggage and then a tour of the riad with clear explanations about how everything was arranged. Beautiful environment, staff are all very committed to maintaining a v high standard and were lovely -Simo was particularly helpful and gave excellent help and advice.

My own fault...but hadn't realised that as the riad is in the Medina there is no access by car- got dropped 20 minute walk away but soon found our way around the back streets and nearest taxi connection was 5 minutes.
