Stunning collection of little riads. Location perfect for exploring the medina. The beds were comfortable, en-suite a decent size. Staff were friendly. Addition of heated pool was a great bonus! The terrace was our favourite part.

Some breakfast things ran out before 9:30. Shower occasionally ran cold.

The Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff are very lovely. They went above and beyond to help, from welcome drinks and snacks, to printing our boarding passes and even speaking to excursion teams on our behalf. The rooms were very lovely and clean and picturesque and the AC is fantastic! Very close to main square. Only took us 5 minutes to walk to the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike!

This property was elegant sparkling clean well situated and quiet. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They all bent over backwards to accommodate, were friendly and exceedingly professional. Simo at the front desk speaks five languages including American sign, is an Energetic can do person with humour, patience and a fantastic knowledge of the Medina and surrounding places of interest. Hennan in the kitchen is a pleasure, sweet kind and so engaged. The other staff whose names regrettably I haven’t mentioned were all so wonderful and really make the stay a memorable experience. This property also offers an excellent breakfast. Could not improve on my experience. The riad and its Staff reflect the heart and soul of Marrakesh

The fact that we chose this place for our trip significantly improved the quality of the holiday. Location is amazing, just few minutes from the main square where you can catch taxi or any excursions start. Staff is extemely friendly, helpful and speaks perfect english. We have used the airport pick up offered by the hotel, massages, the reception gave us recommendations and printed boardong tickets. Breakfast has huge variety of tasty food, really recommend. Hotel consist of 3 beautiful riads which are connected, has a lovely heated pool and big terrace. Overall very calming and peacful environment.

Our room was very tight in space so we were hitting everything a lot when moving around. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider for bigger and less mobile people. Also the peacefulness really depends on other guests and their common sense since windows and doors are very thin (as in every riad). For the last night of our stay lots of new guests arrived that decided to stay up late in the terrace so it was hard to get any sleep.

Location was great and the staff were really helpful with everything and all round exceptional. Really clean and not noisy rooms, breakfast was ok and the small indoor pool was relaxing. Breakfast was everything you needed for the day and kept us full till dinner. For the price it’s an absolute bargain

The breakfast area could be improved, the kitchen doors were always open so you could loudly hear the dishes and conversations between staff. The coffee could have been better but that is just picking at small things. For the price of our room these are insignificant issues

I loved this Riad, I've wanted to go there for many years but it never happened, and just like the photos, the staff is amazing, I was very well received, they welcomed us with Moroccan tea and some sweets, then they showed us around the Riad, I loved it, I think I got lost😅 It's big and very beautiful, I chose a suit and it was luxurious decorated with rose petals, breakfast and buffet had so many delicious things,What I loved was the peace you feel when you enter, there is no noise and at night you don't hear any noise😊😴

What I didn't like was leaving😭, I only stayed for 1 night, I'm really sorry

Gorgeous Riad in an amazing Moroccan style. Beautiful room, I even got a free upgrade. My room had rose petals everywhere, very nice. At walking distance of the idyllic street bazars and square. Very nice breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff member named Malek. I had a very early transfer to airport requested and Malek arranged it. He even walked with me to the square where the driver was waiting. I stayed her for 1 short night because of work. I will definitely go back because I did not see the pool, did not have time for it and want to go back to the bazar. Fantastic

Too bad there is not a bar you can have some drinks. They have a nice area where you can sit so ordering drinks and drink them at the nice seats would be nice. But perhaps it is only during restaurant opening hours, not sure. I arrived at around 20.00 o'clock.

A really beautiful tranquil oasis in the heart of the medina. Very spacious inside and all beautifully presented. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they made us feel incredibly welcome, and also seemed happy to be working there. We enjoyed sunning ourselves on the roof terrace and made good use of the hammam and spa. Breakfast is a wide ranging buffet with plenty of options. The staff were able to help with organising an excellent tour guide and an airport taxi.

Space on the roof terrace is quite limited when there are lots of guests. No tea making facilities.

This riad has the best location to stay in medina, you can walk everywhere. We had very nice welcome drink, moroccon peppermint tea, when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the guy from reception made nice excursion in the riad, because this is quite difficult at first. There is very nice rooftop terrace, with great view and lovely corners to relax with your friends. Rooms are quite small, but this was not a problem to us and the rooms are nicely decorated. The room was very quiet, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with many choices. There is also a little pool in the riad, but we had no time to enjoy it.

The only thing that bothered a little was the water pressure, it was hard to wash hair, but I managed.
