- Zakaria, the main staff member was very helpful and kind - he sent me a WhatsApp message asking for my estimated arrival time and it was great to have a local point of contact. - The private room with the terrace was lovely. - The bed was big and very comfortable, with excellent pillows, and bedsheets of high quality. - The bathroom and shower were spacious, with space to hang formal clothing. - There was a hairdryer and a safe for valuables. - Breakfast was comfortable and cute little birds entered the Riad!

- The route from the very busy square to the Riad was very dark and people were always standing in the shadows, so I didn't always feel safe :/ - The Riad is not accessible by taxi at all, so be prepared to walk 15 mins to the nearest street to get a taxi. - WiFi was okay but not good enough for meetings if needed. - Coffee could have been stronger but that is my personal preference. - Breakfast was good but not enough protein or any fresh fruit. - No iron or ironing board for formal clothing.

It’s located right in the heart of souk, so easy access to most places you want to visit. It’s a pretty little riad. Space inside the room might be a little tight, but it gives such a feel of the place. The room is very well planned with attention to details of multiple plug points and dual light switches. They serve a decent breakfast . Zakaria was a kind host and very helpful guiding all the way. Helped with airport transfer , to keep our luggage for half a day and also as our flight was later we spend some time Relaxing in the terrace. Overall lovely stay and lovely hosts.

Bathroom door is just a curtain when inside your room.

It’s a charming, authentic Riad in an amazing location just off Jemaa El-Fnaa which is noisy and hectic, yet this Riad offers a haven of peace, calm and quiet. Zacharia is a wonderful, friendly host and was always on hand for anything we needed. Our room had a private terrace which was great to relax in with total privacy.

No ‘dislikes’ as such but a couple of comments others may find helpful: The call to prayer at around 4 am each morning is very loud. But that comes with being in the centre of the Medina! The rooms are small and there are lots of tight, steep stairs as you’d expect in a traditional building like this. No good for anyone with mobility issues.

Location was great just off the main square & quiet enough the only thing you can hear is when they call for prayer at @4 am & again @5 am and it does wake you until you get used to it I suppose it depends how long you are staying ! The riad arranged a taxi for us from the airport then he arranged for us to be taken to the Riad yo find it as we arrived in the dark , they are small dark streets between riad to riad & can be quite intimidating but not all we felt safe & he arranged an escort to bring us here ……. Zacaria the host fabulous guy very welcoming & friendly & he made us feel comfortable as 2 girls traveling alone , breakfast was nice rooms clean & everyday maid service

Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff here. Some great recommendations, and happy to help you arrange activities. The breakfast was lovely and fresh, and the rooms although small with a double in them had enough space for me, and were very comfortable and well kept. The Riad itself is beautiful and well kept, and was easy to find - in a derb just off one of the main thoroughfares out of the square. Location was quiet despite being so close to the action.

Actually there wasn't really anything that I would change.

This stay was above all of my dreams! Zakaria is the best of the best! First time visiting Marrakesh, this Riad and this memory will stay with me forever. Everything was absolutely amazing, the service, care and help with anything we needed was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was gorgeous but most of all we had a wonderful experience organised for us with a very short notice. I truly would recommend you stay here.

Didn’t like my tickets back to London.

Location is fantastic, right in the center of the medina. The Riad is very quiet, despite the central location, which is great. Breakfast was very good and varied including omelettes and pastries which you don’t tend to get in other Riads. Overall, it’s good value for money.

The room is small, with only space for the bed and a wardrobe. The bed was a bit uncomfortable ( hard and a bit tilted to one side) and the pillows were too big and hard, I had to use one of the small cushions instead.

The Riad was brilliant, very familiar, Zakaria made sure we felt like at home, he has been excellent with us, taking care of every detail. We chose to get a transfer through them from and to the airport and it was worth it, great service. Air conditioned rooms which is a big plus specially if you are traveling when there's hot weather. Breakfast was also very good, a large variety of products. I would recommend you to stay here if you go to Marrakech, the value is worth it.

The location is good as the Riad is roughly 5 minutes walk from the main square of the medina and also close to the transport links. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was substantial. There are various services offered by the Riad and they seem fairly priced.

The location of the Riad is a little hidden and is linked to one of the main streets leading to the main market, although this is good for access, it was a little tricky to navigate without help from a number of locals.

Excellent stay. Air con in the room was amazing with the 37 degree heat during our trip. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. Host was great, friendly but not over bearing ans gave us advice and tips ans organised trips for us. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. A peacful haven from the busy streets and right in the action.

Upon arrival our transfer from the airport was unable to make contact with the Riad using the number provided on our booking.com confirmation or through the online search. Instead our driver found someone he knew in the square who lead us to the Riad. Worked out in the end so alls well that ends well :)
