Its a beautiful place!!!! Nice staff,

The beds are terrible. I slept with my 13 year old daughter in 1 bed, wich was smal, hard matras and terribel blankets. We did not slept well for 4 nights in a row. Cannot imagine sleeping here with another adult in this bed. And we discovered there was no swimmingpool like in the pitures. You have to ga to another Riad. So thats a bit strange because you see pictures of it on booking.

We loved our stay at Ryad El Borj, what a stunning Ryad right in the center of all the action, it was like an oasis. Daniel and Ali were wonderful and so kind and informative of all the great things to do in the local area. If you get a chance deffinetly have dinner at the Ryad the food was amazing. We also loved the cats and the tortoise who came out occasionally when we were having breakfast. We stayed in the tower room and loved having our own terrace to enjoy listening to the call for prayer while watching the sunrise and sunset. Also if you are thinking of doing any trips while you are there Ali can book it for you we had a wonderful 3 day desert tour which was brilliant and very well organised. We will deffinetly be back thank you Ryad El Borj for a wonderful stay. ❤️

Leaving... we were sad to say goodbye to Marrakesh.

Beautiful and magical place. We have stayed in 3 riads during our Moroccan trip, but this was our favourite and completely blew us away. The host, Daniel, was wonderful and very pleasant. I wish we had stayed longer. Love his taste in decor and style. It was like a very architectural digest- worthy riad. We love the bathroom soap and shampoo, eucalyptus, which was perfect. Forgot to ask Daniel where he got it as I wanted to bring some home. Love the orange trees and the cats and turtle. Staff was professional and helpful. The pool was a great amenity to have, especially when it's 40degrees outside. It was an oasis and made our last days of holiday special. Will stay there again when we get the chance to visit.

We absolutely loved the ryad. From the first encounter with Daniel when booking, to ongoing communication with him - it was fantastic. The ryad and the staff were so accomodating and generous with their time and the facilities. They set up a portacot for my daughter without any issues and ensured we had everything we needed each day. The location is amazing - close enough to the heart of the action, but down a small alley that it was quiet at the same time. The breakfast was just above and beyond every morning which set us up for the day. It was so lovely that Daniel, the owner, came out of his way to come and meet us and we had a lovely dinner at the ryad which was totally unexpected and so so generous. We can't wait to return. It's a definite for us!

Our stay at Ryad El Borj highly exceeded our expectations! The ryad was beautiful and had so many lovely details throughout the common areas, the terrace, and our room. Both Daniel and Ali were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond! The breakfast was delicious and more than enough food every morning. Everything about our stay made our trip to Marrakesh even better. The location of the ryad was also great being so close to the square but on a side street. My partner and I could not stop raving about the place and have decided this is the best place we have ever stayed in! Thanks Daniel and Ali!

A piece of paradise in a middle of crazy Medina, with orange tree, birds, tortoise and calm. We spend 2 nights in petite ryad and 3 nights in the main building. Both beautiful, super comfortable, stylish and romantic. Owners are very friendly and helpful-they suggested us nice restaurants and local eats around, attractions. Very good breakfast is served on the roof top with beautiful views of the medina. Also we were able to leave our luggage in the ryad for free going for trips. Very helpful 👋.

Ryad El Borj is a beautiful and calm oasis in the midst of chaos (Jemaa el-Fnaa). Breakfasts in the garden, terrace views and the pool in the small ryad are all unforgettable memories. Owner Daniel, chief of staff Ali and all other staff tried to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. They also arranged a flawless airport transfer both for arrival and departure. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality.

Everything is amazing. To start, Daniel was always helpful even before arriving through messages. And when we arrived, he welcomed us and showed us a map and took the time to explain and recommend places. Mint tea with a Moroccan cake were served as a welcoming gift. They also arranged our tour to the dessert which was amazing. Many thanks to Ali for being so kind and helpful, always with a smile. The location is also perfect, near the main square but extremely quiet. The breakfast is excellent, with fruits, yogurt, bread and tasty coffee or tea. The bedroom is big, clean and the bathroom so beautiful. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Daniel and Ali!

There are many things to like about this Riad - funky designed rooms, spacious bathroom, great breakfast, and attentive, informed staff (especially Ali!). The real standout is the superb location right of the main square yet remaining a very calm, quiet and peaceful inner sanctuary. Lying on the roof terrace in the sun was perfect after the chaos of Marrakesh. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking down the laneway, even at night. My only regret is not having dinner at the riad!

Private balcony. Immensely help staff and owner. Excellent location, so close to main square and restaurants, but quiet. Good breakfast. Please note, bring ear plugs because where ever you stay in Marrakesh the call to prayer is loud even at 5am. This is a Muslim country after all.
