The Riad is in a very quiet street but only minutes away rom the main square and you will not hear a sound in here. There is a very pleasant rooftop to watch the sun go down. The staff at the Riad are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people you could meet and nothing is a problem, Miriam looked after us so well and her two colleagues who i didn’t get their names. Tea and biscuits on arrival and a beautiful breakfast each morning with omlettes, fuit coffee and breads, so nice - Thank You for looking after us so well. Our room was perfect for 3. Riad can arrange a taxi collection from the airport which is the same price as kiosk at airport. We will stay again.

It was hard to find the first day but then its fine - only minor. But you can ask young lads on street for a small well deserved fee of course. Go along Derb Debachi and you come to a row of fast food sellers on right frying up take away ... Go past that and the next alley on left (has a bit of an arch) turn left down that. The first right opposite an excursion company where you pass the bakery. Keep following that alleyway, keep going and you will eventually come to it on your left hand side (has number 21 on the door). Google maps will not be any good as the signal and map do not match up, but well worth it

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the friendly staff! They made us traditional breakfast, which I really liked, and their envelope tagine dishes - Wow! The hostess was soooo kind!!! She helped my boyfriend to put on a turban and she even lent me her hijab for visiting the mosque because her colour fit better. We stayed out late the one evening so she even gave us a key (we didn’t want to wake her but she said it wouldn’t even have been a problem - soooo kind!) the rooftop pool was nice. We played some card games after dinner and we even made a new acquaintance with another guest. We really came into a holiday-mood cause we forgot which day it was and wanted to check out one day to early - fortunatly it wasn’t our last day - which made us really happy 😅

The bathtub was old and sometimes it smelled. Because of their delicious cooking and our room being so close to the kitchen it got really hot in our room.

The staff was extremely helpful, they changed the room, after the first one did not met expectations. Breakfast are exceptional, best in Morocco I had. The location is very central.

You do not have a key from frontal door, so in case of late return, or early departure - you need to disturb staff, which was not pleasant.

A nice, traditional riad. In the summer season, you can use the small pool on the roof terrace. Adequate and delicious breakfast, responsive staff. Riad is located in the medina, but its location allows you not to be in the most noisy and crowded place of Marrakech.

It can't be called "dislike", however, it should be taken into account that it is impossible to find this riad using only google maps, so the easiest solution at the moment when google says - you are here, ask a local for help :)

We had a very friendly reception by the staff who did everything they could to be of service, even if some of them spoke little English or French. Our spacious room with a comfy and huge bed was kept tidy and the bathroom is stylish and complete. The riad, like many we have stayed in in Morocco, is nicely decorated. Location is very good and central, a few minutes from Jmaa-el-Fna square but in a cool, calm alley away from the hot, noisy chaos Marrakech can feel like.

If any negative remark were to be made, we had our doubts about the cleanliness of the pool water. That said, we did use it daily as it offered a welcome refreshment of the heat.

Myriam was very nice and welcoming. I was greated with arrival tea and biscuits and directly shown to my room. The room was spacious and in good condition. Next morning breakfast was up to standards.

Being in a riad, you have no privacy and it's very noisy. Being on the ground floor made it even worse. As I was situated close to the kitchen, I could hear until 2am a lady listen to videos with no headphones; I deeply regretted not taking my earplugs with me. Additionally, the shower wasn't very hot and the pressure was close to none.

The food is amazing! The ladies of the Riad cook every day for you and it's delicious (quantity is also very good!). They almost don't understand English, but they are very kind. The acess to the Riad can look scary but it's OK we didn't have any problems with that. The location is perfect if you want to see the city. The room was clean and the air conditioner works very well. It's a good choice to stay some days to visit the city!

The communication is hard because they don't understand English. Before our stay they agreed 15 eur for the transfer from the airport. When we arrived the Riad they asked 5 eur but on the last day of our stay they asked for more 15 eur saying that the first 5 euros was just for the man who carries the bags from the taxi to the Riad. I think they should tell the client the final prices, so we don't have any additional surprises (even 5eur). If they tell you 15 eur, you will need to pay additional 5 eur for the man that carries the bags. The pool is nothing special, we didn't use. It's not preety like the photos. We had some noises at night from other clients moving chairs.

The Riad is located in the heart of the medina, only 5 minutes away from Jemaa al fna. The staff is super friendly, always smiling and clearly enjoying their work. Also they are supportive and help you if you have any request. The Riad is beautiful decorated and very clean. Taking your breakfast in the inner courtyard is a great way to start your day. The breakfast is plenty and also vegan friendly. The rooftop terrace includes a small pool, which is nice for a quick cooldown. All in all it was a really nice experience.

If you want to enjoy the classic/real Morocco, this will be the right place. The Guest House is located in the Old Town and unforgettable emotions are guaranteed. Staff is friendly, helpful. Osama will help with all kind of practical issues. Women are perfectly taking care of food and cleaness. I really enjoyed it!

The Guest House is nearly impossible to find and creates a lot of stress at the beginning. I would suggest that some kind of video is made for the guests at the time of the booking confirmation for easier directions.
