The Riad is at the center of the Marrakech, it is likely hidden inside the market but people around are so lovely and you can ask them and they will show you the way. When you arrive at the riad the staff will serve you hot tea with some biscuits, then they will give you some guides of the place they will provide a Map for this and this is quite helpful fir first timers. Everyday they clean your room. When we stayed here it was women's day and they surprised us with flowers prepared in our bed which was so touching❤️. They serve breafast and they have traditional Moroccan breakfast you can ask for an omellette which is a plus 😍. The riad is in the heart of the town but when you sre inside the room you can't hear anything anymore and you can sleep sound. They have hot water for shower which is brilliant. They have hair dyer provided. In our case we don't have any adapter for our phone charger and they lended us theirs 🥺. Also, I just noticed that whenever they hear the main door opens and they are in their staff station they warmly greet you with a smile and greeting great way to end your day isnt it? I would 100% recommend this place. They also can book a taxi for you. I believe they also can help you with booking of som excursions, in our case we have already booked it in advance so I have no clue how much would it be. thank you Adrahim, Iman, and Saad we had a wonderful stay in your riad.

There is nothing, because prior to booking this riad I have already read some reviews about where it is located because it is not accessible to taxi and you need to walk about 6 mins to where the high way is which is not a problem for me.

The Moroccan breakfast was good. We could ask for eggs, coffee, tea. The location is wonderful in the old part of the Medina, but very quiet in a side street. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a very good coffee bar. The room wasn't that big, but there was enough space to relax inside the Riad and on the marvelous roof terrace. Here you can see, early in the morning, the hot air balloons starting near the mountains. The staff was friendly, very helpful and giving a lot of information about Marrakesh and the environment. Definitely a place to revisit.

When we got to the Riad, we were offered mint tea to welcome us and were taken care of very well. The check-in process was very smooth and hassle-free. Within no time, we were shown to our rooms and we were not disturbed during our stay. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained at all times and the hotel was kept very clean. Our breakfast was the highlight! The food was so good and we were served different things every day. All of it was very well and exceeded our expectations.

The location of the riad is great, as it’s in a very safe and accessible part of the Medina. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the main square and 20 mins to the Jardins Majorelle. The staff were super friendly and helpful and our room was very clean with a nice spacious bathroom.

The only minor complaint is that the breakfast was a bit basic. It was perfectly sufficient but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit or yoghurt as it was mostly bread and spreads.

It's not so far from medina, so location is perfect. Sitting on the roof is typical for such a hotels, it's nice place not with the best view, but nice place nice to sit there, relax and drink tea (served by friendly stuff).

The best guy left hotel early and the were only one guy at the desk with very small knowledge of IT. Printing of boarding pass was a pain. After half of hour he had 6 printed pages, but no printed boarding pass. This is typical task for hotel stuff, so small training how to access own mailbox, how to download attachment and how to print it on the local printer could be really helpful.

The location, staff, bedroom, bathroom. We stayed for one night and honestly its been the best of all the other riads we stayed at during our trip. The vibe of the place is very positive, warm and welcoming. The staff are amazing and very accomodating. Wish we had found this place earlier as this literally changed my mood from being grumpy to happy. The bathroom was massive, the bed was firm (some people might not like it but I prefer a firm bed) . They also put curtains on the alleyway on a night time for your privacy. They arranged a drop at the airport in a mercedes for 110Dir whereas we were charged €25 at the riad we checked in at at the start of our trip. If and when i come back, this is where I'm staying.

only a small thing but we had been travelling all day and got in very late, wanted to go to our room and get some rest, but we were made to sit in the lobby and have tea for 20-30 mins, after we asked if we could go straight to the room. however this may just be me being tired, the man was extremely friendly and perhaps there may have been a breakdown of communication.

5-10 minute walk to the centre of the Medina and close enough to a taxi rank just outside of the city walls. Access to an amazing rooftop view with plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy in or out of the shade! Breakfast is included in the booking price, so enjoy a light meal with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee or tea and an optional omelette.

The location was great! Still within the Medina but far enough away from Jemaa el fnaa that you got a break from the bustle of the center Medina. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay there. They communicated with our taxis to give directions back to the Riad , they offered us welcome tea, they carried our bags to our rooms, they offered to walk into the Medina to help us buy snacks to enjoy on the lovely roof, and they walked us to the wall to catch a taxi to the airport! We were so happy to stay here and if we are ever in Marrakech again we will stay here again.

The Riad itself is so beautiful inside, and even though you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle once inside, it's so peaceful. Aziz, Abdul, Ayube and all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. They had a good knowledge of the local area that they are happy to share with you. Aziz sat with my daughter and I and showed us on a map all the best places to visit, the best routes, and where to avoid. They were fantastic and we can't wait to go back.
