November 2022
I’ve stayed for 2 weeks in November with my partner. The room achieved all expectations. The size of the room was enough for 2 persons. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was always super tasty and you could choose between tea and coffee and fresh orange juice. The owner of the property was very helpful and always welcoming.
Could be more directions or signs how to get to the riad. In our room the window was facing the street which was quite busy especially with motorcycles that can bother a bit, but with time you can get used to it.

Riad is lovely, and we enjoyed this experience. Rachid and Hussein were very helpful all the time. I had requested 2 rooms together but booking.com put us in separate floors. Rachid upgraded our room so we could be next door to each other. The bigger room was perfect, we wouldn't have fit in the budget room, and this made all the difference to our experience. They let us/helped us make our own tea! Great host, would recommend to all if you're looking for the old city local experience. Spa and taxis and a great cafe very near. Walking distance to Jemel Fena and Koutoubia.
Nothing to dislike

The hotel was located at a relatively calmer street in the medina. So, if you are looking for a place away from the fuss and the commotion, this is the right place. The staff was really nice and extremely helpful. They even let me store my bag for a day or so.

Everything was perfect. The location, the breakfast was very good… the Riad was always so clean and had an awesome smell! I’d like to thanks specially to Rachid, our host and who was always available to help us through. The transfer from the airport to the Riad was the perfect option for us: no problems at getting to the Riad and to get back to the airport.

I really loved the service and warm welcoming. We got some tea. Also if I came to Marrakech again I would definitely want to stay in this part of the city. It is still the old town but super safe, super calm
I didn't like that our room and bathroom were separated by the common/breakfast area on the ground floor just by the window shutters. Thus, you cannot leave it open since everyone would see you and hear everyting. And we also heard everything from there even when the shutters were closed. That's a shame. But that was the only con of our stay.

A very traditional riad, which is well located for the centre of Marrakesh and walkable to the Jardin Majorelle. It is also in quite an interesting area near the Bab Doukkala mosque, with some great little eateries (my favourite was the Mokhtun Resto Imo - look for the candles on the tables). Our twin room was large, quite sparsely but elegantly decorated and we really appreciated the cosy covers on the beds in January. Breakfasts were quite simple but good. I enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace, though there were not too many comfortable chairs. Rachid can arrange a taxi to the airport (100 dirham), which is about 15 minutes away.
It was quite tricky to find the riad, so some more detailed directions would be helpful. It was also very cold eating breakfast in the middle of the riad (we had to keep our coats on). I realise it is designed to keep the heat out in the summer, but in January a heater or two would be welcome. Even better would be to have a small kitchen on the rooftop! As some other people have mentioned, the water pressure in the shower was a bit erratic but not really a big problem.

Marrakech itself was an unforgettable experience but our location of residence is probably the main reason why. I advice y'all to be in touch with the host, so you can easily get to the riad. The homeowner welcomed us with great hospitality; we've been served mint tea and Moroccan pastries. It's located very conveniently, no less than 15 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna and the most distant monuments are no less than 30-35 minutes away – we never had a need for a taxi. In addition, comfy beds, very clean rooms and an incredible terrace.
Only one thing that bothered our stay: WiFi. Despite the fact that our room wasn't far from the modem, we had bad WiFi, and because we didn't have a good range, we couldn't fully enjoy our mobile data.

The room was lovely - with beautiful decorations all over. The location was also fantastic, in the heart of the medina, but not yet in the touristic part. The host was very welcoming and we were greeted with Berber tea and Moroccan pastries. The breakfast was very nice...
...but proved monotonous after a couple of days. The Wi-Fi was also wonky at times. As we stayed in the Riad during winter, the room got quite chilly at night, but this may be us not realizing there was a heater.

Clean & safe Rachid is very welcoming, fun & helpful with advice Close proximity to old Marrakech Very nicely kept & presented riad More breakfast than I could manage Allowing me to leave luggage for a few hours after checkout was great
The labyrinthine laneway access felt a bit dodgy @ first, but turned out to be well lit at night, & was quite safe.

We were very well received in this riad. Lucianne served us the typical Moroccan green tea with local pastries, and sat with us talking about Marrakesh. We stayed in a little room with AC, which was clean. The breakfast was really delicious with typical Moroccan bread. It is a bit confusing to get there, so Lucianne met with us at Bab Doukala Mosque to show us the way. Then, we were always able to get there. The riad is in a friendly zone, and at night many families go outside to take a walk. The riad has a terrace very comfortable to rest on those hot nights. For the price, it's a great option!
The room could be a bit bigger - however, it's great for the price.
