Absolutely loved our stay. Had a bit of a culture shock first after arriving & stayed elsewhere for 2 nights then we found this gem with amazing staff assuring us to feel safe & welcomed. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful with better English than myself! Breakfast on the terrace was great & the riad was spotless. The owner actually organised trips for us & woke at 4am to walk us to the local mosque where we were being collected from. Great location & we will definitely be back felt like home away from home we’d have stayed longer if we could🤍

There's is a lot to love. I loved the customer service, the ambiance, the location, the amenities, the breakfast, and the support, the place was beautiful. The location was super central in Marrakech as I was close to pretty much everything touristy and the big market. I was working remotely as well so half the time I sat in the courtyard and worked over the reliable wifi. Everyone truly was kind and attentive and made you feel at home. Would certainly recommend it highly. Angela and Mohamed were extremely helpful in helping you get to and from the airport, local recommendations of where to eat and what to do. This was worth every penny!

Nothing really to say here as I had zero complaints.

Riad Botanica exceeded my expectations. The whole place is immaculate. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating and the photo opportunities are amazing. My girlfriend felt slightly unsettled on our first night as Marrakesh can be quite a culture shock if you haven’t visited before. The owner walked the local area with us and showed us some lovely places to try and did everything he could to put her mind at ease, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to that she felt much more comfortable and we went on to have the best 4 days after that. This family owned riad is a true gem and should not be overlooked. It’s the only place I would consider staying if I was to return to Marrakech.

The only negative was the temperature. The room could feel pretty cold even with the heater switched on especially after a hot shower. This is not something you can criticise the accommodation for. We chose to travel in December and knew this would be the case as the riad has an open roof and due to the styling of the doors etc heat can escape the rooms very easily.

Everything Angela, Mohamed and the team do at Riad Botanica is to the highest standard of service. From the second you step out of the airport in Marrakesh you’re met by the Riad’s driver who takes you on a comfortable journey in to the Medina. For somebody used to the quiet life in Belfast the medina can be a bit of a culture shock but we were immediately put at ease by Mohamed who arrived to take us on the short walk over to the Riad. When we arrived we couldn’t believe the contrast between outside and inside the Riad. The attention to detail the team have put in to the place is on another level, there isn’t a single thing out of place it’s totally immaculate both in the rooms and in the communal areas. Every member of the team especially Angela and Mohamed go out of their way to make sure you have the best time in Marrakesh. Amazing recommendations including a sunrise hot air balloon ride and a sunset dinner in the desert really made our trip special. In terms of location the Riad is in a nice quiet part of the Medina with the souks just a short walk away and where you feel safe walking around. If you’re planning a trip to Marrakesh you couldn’t find a better place to stay.

Nothing it was flawless

It was a beautiful riad, a short walk to all the key areas in marrakech, but perfect to not be in a load location. Evening dinner on request was amazing. Breakfast each day was perfect to set you up for the day. Nothing was too much, whether it was arranging tours at the last minute or printing off boarding passes, arranging taxis, etc. We stayed in the family room, which was perfect. The deco of our room and the whole riad looked like it was from the cover of ELLE Decoration magazine. It was nice to book somewhere, where the pictures shown on Instagram, websites, and other sources were the same as when visiting the riad in person. Look forward to visiting again.

We fell in love with Marrakech because of our stay at Riad Botanica. The service was beyond exceptional, the riad carefully thought out and decorated to the highest level making every single angle of the property picture perfect. Mohamed really was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We felt so safe and on reflection, we have never been as well looked after as what we were here. We’re not great believers in returning to the same place (there’s just too many places in the world to see!) but this will absolutely be our one exception. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a silent haven, and yet close enough to be right in the middle of it within an easy short 5 minute walk. The ultimate perfect stay.

It is a great place in the location built with lots of character. Owners have put their heart in every detail, and treat you as their gusts at home. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Botanica. The attention to detail in the design and quality of everything in the Riad is top notch and made us feel like Sultans without paying a fortune. The staff are all lovely, professional, and welcoming. And they met our every need, from arranging transportation, to suggesting an out of town excursion, to answering all of our many questions about life in Marrakech and Morocco's history. I can't possibly recommend this Riad highly enough and would absolutely book again for my next visit to this magical and mysterious city. And the location within the Medina is excellent for walking and exploring, or for an easy walk outside of the Medina to get to Jardin Majorelle and Gueliz

Really nothing was lacking at all

The Riad Botanica surpassed all our expectations. This cozy and beautiful riad is centrally located in the medina, offering a tranquil oasis in the midst of bustling Marrakech. Upon our arrival, we were personally picked up from the main street and warmly welcomed. The level of service is extraordinary. We were greeted with fresh Moroccon tea and provided great recommendations for exploring Marrakech and explanations on a map where to go and what to see. The riad owner goes above and beyond, even rising early in the morning to ensure our safe departure for our day trip. We felt secure throughout our stay. The entire team is extremely friendly, professional and attentive. The riad itself is just beautiful, featuring a cozy courtyard with a pool and a breathtaking rooftop. The rooms are very pretty and fit perfectly to the colorful city of Marrakech. The interior is adorned with beauty. Each morning, we awoke to the melodies of singing birds and a beautiful orange tree grows in the middle of the courtyard. Additionally, the riad’s pleasant aroma is noteworthy. The breakfast is just delicious and we also had a delightful dinner once. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation and would choose Riad Botanica again for any future stays in Marrakech.

It was one of the best experiences I have had in my life. They helped to organize the pickup from the train station. When we arrived, Mohamed met us where taxi dropped us off and helped to bring the suitcase. In the hotel we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and sweets. Mohamed gave us a map of Marakkesh and showed the main attractions, good places to eat, where to exchange money, some good hammams, etc. The room was clean, well decorated, very aesthetic, a lot of small but nice details. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. There was yogurt with granola and fruits followed by traditional Moroccan bread and variety of jam, cream cheese, honey, peanut butter + eggs + drinks (fresh orange juice - highly recommended, tea and coffee). Everything was fresh and cooked right before breakfast. Some more things I want to mention are all of our questions were always answered. Whatever we asked for Mohamed and the team always would help us out. For example, we wanted to wash clothes, they helped us to do it, we asked to help to get the taxi, they would help us with that etc. Thank you, Mohamed and the team. We definitely would come back and recommend this place to the friends who travels to Marakkesh.

Everything was great. I would suggest putting the slippers into rooms because the floor is a bit cold so it would be nice to have them.
