Lots of character in a very central location. Great view from the rooftop. Very comfortable. Lovely helpful staff.

Our room on the ground floor had other guests passing by outside, persons enjoying the central courtyard, so can be a bit disturbing (music, chatter).

I booked the RIad to celebrate my 40th with 4 girlfriends. A few weeks before arrival I got in touch with Thomas, the owner, to discuss a program for our stay and he was increadibly helpful. He made suggestions, did all the bookings for me with no comission, and was generally very welcoming. Everything went superbely well. From the pick up at the airport, to the wonderful kindness of the staff. the riad is beautiful, we felt super specialL and at the same time right at home. Nothing was too much, they all shown incredible flexibility even when we changed our plans last minute. Highly recommend their lunch option which was fresh and delicious and the spa treatments were divine. thank you all SO much for helping make this break truly unique

The rooms all face the courtyard so if it's noisy there you can hear it in your bedroom but I guess that's the same issue with all riads. The great thing was that breakfast was on the roof terrace so there wasn't any noise in the morning.

We absolutely loved the property. We had a beautiful room over two levels which had everything we needed. The Riad is very tastefully decorated with a beautiful roof terrace for soaking up the sun after a day in the nearby souks. The Riad is perfectly located in the middle of the Medina within easy reach of some amazing restaurants all recommended by Thomas the owner and his wife. They also recommended the hot air balloon trip over the dessert which they arranged for us with pick up and drop off at the Riad. We had a hammam and massage which was incredible. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us especially Maruan who was brilliant and cooked us some fantastic traditional breakfasts and lunch. Would highly recommend this place!

NOTHING!

The Riad was breathtaking from the moment you walked in. Cool, clean with lovely finishes that make the traveller feel safe and comfortable after busy days in the medina. The room was spacious and well furnished. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Badir and Marwan who made us feel at home and accommodated all our requests.

It was our first stay in a Riad so we were not too sure what to expect but honestly there was nothing not to like. Perhaps coming from a hotel, we would have enjoyed a bigger variety of breakfast options that you might find in a hotel. It’s perhaps an expectation though the simplicity and presentations were wonderful at breakfast and we are sure the owners would have accommodated us if we had made any special requests in advance. Would have loved a Nespresso or coffee station in the room and some waters.

Thomas, the manager, and the staff - were so amazing! Just the warm, welcoming, informative introduction we needed for a first time trip to Morocco. Thomas just went above and beyond in explaining everything to us, giving us directions, telling us the do's and don'ts and really just everything. The staff person who greeted us from our drop-off was also very sweet and informative - he was very helpful and courteous. His name started with M. The riad food was AMAZING - I can still taste the lemon chicken tagine that greeted us after a 14+ hours of air travel. The breakfast was also a great spread. The location is good too - once you get a sense of the area it all becomes very familiar. The 2 ladies in the spa are incredible! Honestly, one of the best spa massages we've ever had - that was a true highlight of the stay.

Everything was mostly great! No complaints. The riad, at first sight, seemed smaller than we thought it would be from the pictures, but it eventually grows on you and you begin to feel very much at home and love it.

The welcome from the owners and staff members was excellent. Really enjoyed the evening meal on our arrival. They were so friendly, Hassan gave us great advice explaining the different areas of Marrakech and which Map App was the best to help us find our way around. Valerie and Thomas have created a wonderful Riad not only visually with great original design features but all senses were treated with the scent of orange blossom from the court yard trees and locally sourced scented oils. All this created a relaxed environment after a busy day walking through the Souks. Great breakfast, always served with a smile from Hassan and Adil. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We had high expectations of the Rhiad before we left, the photographs looked amazing but it exceeded them. It was beautifully furnished & the location was excellent. Our breakfast, on the roof terrace, was just what we needed, simple but freshly made & delicious. However, what made the stay for us, were the staff, all the ones we met were smiley & helpful, doing everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They could not have done more. We will certainly stay there again, if we return to Marrakech!

The room was lovely, the courtyard and pool were so relaxing after a day of touring, the roof is a beautiful spot for breakfast. The staff were so wonderful and accommodating. They arranged for a henna artist to come to the Riad for us, gave us great advice on what to see while we were in Marrakech, arranged a car service to take us to our next city, and generally made our time there so special. Thank you Adil, Brahim, and Elhoussain for an amazing experience!

Nothing, it was all perfect

The breakfast was delicious and they were more than happy to make eggs to order and to make an espresso if you preferred that to drip coffee. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable about Marrakech and the Medina and gave me lots of great tips for where to buy things. The dinners are amazing, too! They have a great cook.

There is nothing I didn't like, this was a great experience.
