We have stayed there for 4 nights. Within our period of stay we have experienced excellent service level from staff on site. Special thanks for Imad who welcomed us at late or early hours when we arrived and provided us with resolutions were required. We got a really great transfer and driving service from Abdel, who fullfilled all of our requirements and drove us around old Marrakech. Big thanks to Nurdin, who served us all food we wanted during our stay and prompt resolutions to any requirements we had. Thanks to Kaoutar and Rida who made our experience even better. Pure 10 our of 10 for staff on site. Surrounding and facilities are great, but people make our stay even better. If all hotels would have Imad, Nurdin, Abdel, Kooitar and Rida, it would be great!!!

During our stay there was ongoing project works on the shades around the pool area which was the cental part of the hotel. Sound of grinders, smell of welding fumes, varnish and bamming nail gun were part of our stay for full 4 days from 10:00 to 18:00 every day, which was really dissappointing. If you are booking a stay in Lemonary i would strongly recommend that you check if the activity on building renovation are still happening. Otherwise you will not have peace in there. These works were all supervised by the owner of the hotel so it was pity that someone who provide services doesnt respect someone elses free time that was well paid for. The staff however were very apologetic regarding this matter.

Everything was perfect!!

The entire site was gorgeous. An oasis in the desert. The entrance and reception are stunning and you feel relaxed immediately. The rooms are huge and super clean. I loved spending evenings on my private patio. The swimming pool and surrounding area are so peaceful and the pool is a good size for lengths or just sitting peacefully in the shallower half. The staff are beyond lovely. They all knew my name and were so attentive to any requests or queries.

My own fault but I didn’t realise it was quite so far from the centre of Marrakech. It’s about a 40 minute drive but Jamal the driver is always willing to take you to and from and will share his number so you can arrange trips easily.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful the property is. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Imad and Nourya. They were always quick to assist with anything I needed, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. While the hotel is located a bit far from the busy city center, I actually found it to be a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing break. The peaceful atmosphere and quiet surroundings made it an ideal place to unwind, and I didn't mind the distance at all. Also, Jamal the shuttle driver was brilliant as he drove my friend and I wherever we needed to go for a reasonable price. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with excellent service, this place is hard to beat!

FABULOUS👌 We booked the Lemonary for a relaxing end to our stay at in Morroco. We were not disappointed. The staff felt like extended family which made the place feel like home. They truly did go beyond what was required, I had asked for directions to the pharmacy to purchase some paracetamol and supplies, only for them to insist that they would do the shopping for us! This service was exceptional and not expected. The rooms are classy and decorated to a high standard to the fine details. Our private seating area was perfect for quiet times without feeling disjointed from the main area. We were offered tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day, very attentive staff. The menu caters for everyone (we tried alot on the menu) the food is delicious with every meal served hot and on time. You can even order food early in the day if you have plans. The grounds are beautiful, it is truly an Oasis. The gardens are stocked with well established trees and plants, that are clearly maintained with care. You can take advantage of many seating areas even hammocks to enjoy the surrounding grounds. The swimming pool is immaculate as are the lounge areas. We had lots to sort out before our return home, so being able to sit quietly and make use of the WiFi around the resort was perfect. We will absolutely be returning to the Lemonary, we highly recommended booking here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff, you gave us a superb ending to our fantastic trip. Beautiful place, comfortable rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic staff, Imad always made sure we had everything we needed. Any issues we had, for example getting the TV to work were solved swiftly. The entire team try their utmost to ensure we had a good stay and were very friendly. There were constant improvements and adjustments being made as the hotel has only been open one year, e.g the loungers being changed and the heat pump for the pool was being installed as we left which demonstrates the staffs keenness to ensure guests had the best stay possible.

We went in winter when the mornings and evenings were cold, more heat in the restaurant room is required to ensure a more pleasant environment to eat. Adding fresh fruit to the breakfast menu would be appreciated.

Everything was perfect except for the location of the Riad.

The location, it’s 45mins away from main town

Great place, calm, immersed in the nature: the lemon plants, a few farm animals, a lot of green: this is a little corner of paradise for those looking for a calm stay, out of the city, in the peace of the countryside.

Part of the hotel is still in construction: all the rooms are displaced in different buildings, and one of them was still being built (the upper floor), making some noise during the day. The Wi-Fi connection does not cover all the hotel surface, so working has been difficult if not in the restaurant and (sometimes), in the room or at the private pool. This last point depends on what you are looking for: It is quite far from the city center of Marrakech, you have to conside at least 45 minutes of car drive.

Very nice and calm place full of positive atmosphere. Namely Kaontar and Imad are very friendly and helpful but we can say that all of staff is very pleasant. The Lemonary is ideally base for visiting Marrakech and Atlas mountains as well. You have to count that the accommodation is completely isolated, restaurants and so on- 10- 20km minimal

Unfortunately, a hotel restaurant (ordering food) is open only for previous reservation. Any wine and beer is not possible. We understand but let say for european visitor it is pity😊

We had a nice stay. Imad, Hassane and Nourdine ensured that everything was to your liking. It is a small-scale hotel with a quiet environment where you can relax. The hotel is beautiful and pleasant. We will definitely come back!

Everyting was good, only the WIFI was not always working but they where working on it so maybe the next time when we will be back the WIFI is better.
