The staff was very welcoming and did whatever they could to make you feel comfortable. The food was amazing, Moroccan cuisines were made fresh and tasted incredible. It is a great place to really relax and unwind by the pool, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All the staff were amazing and are at the heart of my amazing experience at Atlas Widan. Worth mentioning, I do not like eating olives, BUT loved them at Atlas Widan, don't like eating lamb but again loved the lamb at Atlas Widan and one of my favourite dishes was Chicken Pastilla! If you never had it, it is a MUST!

Found the Spa a little disappointing as it is in the basement and didn't feel very welcoming, the ambience was missing for me. As I booked a suite with the garden view, which was great, missing was a phone in the room to call room service. Meaning I had to walk to the reception to ask for anything. As this was my first time in Marrakech and Morocco, I wanted to see things, which was made difficult as I was completely dependant on calling for transportation whenever I wanted to get into Marrakech, BUT I had a great driver Khalid, with whom I became friends and he looked after me and if he couldn't pick me up he arranged someone else to pick me up.

The personal service and great deal of attention from the staff especially as we were travelling with 2 young children with specific dietary requirements - the staff and kitchen were always very helpful to provide a neat choice of dishes - it made us feel very special - the main highlight was the breakfast which is a wonderful selection of local pastries and made us to a great start of the day - also as a keen swimmer I have really enjoyed a good set of lengths in the main swimming pool across the gardens all well looked after by a wonderful team of gardeners - thank you all for the special memories on our first family holiday

What can we say!! My friend and I were staying in the Medina when the earthquake hit so had to leave our accommodation quickly. Faced with sleeping outside the closed airport, we were upset and scared. We phoned the hotel at around 2am, and the wonderful Mustapha said “it’s ok, come here now”. He sent a car for us and found us a room despite having no electricity due to the earthquake that night. For the next 3 days we wanted for nothing and were so so well looked after by the wonderful staff. The hotel is truly beautiful and so tranquil with the most beautiful gardens and pool that we often had completely to ourselves! The staff were caring, attentive and meticulous despite having so much worry themselves about their own families and homes following the earthquake. We loved Morocco, Marrakesh and the Moroccan people, especially those in the Atlas Widen, who made our holiday a time to remember. We will definitely be back to visit soon!

First of all the people working in this hotel who are so super friendly, helpful, fun to be with 🥰 Then for everyone who is in need of a special diet like me for example without gluten, they do everything to make it as special as for any other guest. Just take a look at some of my pictures. The calming environment makes it easy to enjoy meeting the other guests. And then the spa….. Asma is so kind and such a great masseuse. I realy want tho thank everybody of thes team!

Small issues but but it will make a difference, eg. Staff to ensure that all services and equipment are available and working without the need for the guest to call and ask or report it. The hotel should also reconsider the location and the way they display the breakfast as the food is cold with low variety.

Our two-night stay at Atlas Widan was exceptional. Rachid and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a personalized experience. The food was a highlight, with each meal a delightful culinary journey. The hotel's ambiance and cleanliness added to our overall comfort. Amazing villa and staff. 5 bedroom villa was truly magnificent. The photos do not do it justice. The hotel,villlas,and all the grounds are spotless. It really is an incredible place to stay, great staff who cant do enough for you. Breakfast was great and plentifull. We cant wait to return

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you are looking just to relax or with a group of friends it is perfect however if you would like to go to the town centre it is quick far.

Fay and I visit Marrakech each year and have enjoyed excellent hospitality at a broad selection of glam establishments in our time. This year we're celebrating our 50th birthdays and wanted a private pool villa but with access to full hotel facilities. In short, no cooking, no cleaning. I was overjoyed to discover this fabulous gem just 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the souks and so got in touch with the GM Mustapha Amalik. I knew immediately that I had found the right property for us. Atlas Widan is a small boutique hotel with just 19 rooms and two pool villas. The love and attention to detail that has gone into the refurbishment of this establishment is second to none. Mustapha has curated a team of highly skilled individuals, each of whom quite obviously care deeply about the customer experience. The fact that 70% of the staff are fro the local village fills me with love. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which comes with acres of well established gardens and lots of privacy as well as a huge pool. The chef was excellent and we dined like Queens throughout. We have already decided to book for our trip next year and I am in discussions with Mustapha about hosting a small but perfectly formed work retreat here next November.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The general manager, Mustapha, dealt with any queries very quickly. Very comfortable and clean room. The spa is amazing. Swimming pool relaxing and lovely shady areas in the gardens. Day trips organised into Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains - which was a fantastic experience.
