One waiter during breakfast was talking to me impolitely and wanted to impose on us which table we should take. He seems nervous and just want guests to leave so he can clean the tables. I told the receptionists about this exeperience. I also suggest doing some renewals and especially to the roof that has glass ...which is not safe for guests ...the receptionists know more about this ...

Superb location, nice view on river/sea,Hassan Tower & Mohamed VI Tower. Breakfast was good. Friendly & Professional staff. A big Thanks to Nesryne for the assistance & flexibility d uring the check in.

Airco in the night blowing warm air, fitness equipments need to be renewed. A nespresso machine in the room would be nice. Flat TV screen was small.

the swimming pool size was medium but mostly empty with an amazing view from the top floor . rooms were clean and had a view on the ocean . Room service technician fixed the squeaky doors. Restaurant has fresh food varieties and tasted good with fresh juices reception service were joyful to help and assisted my needs with a big smile especially Aumoor and omaima.

the rooms had a classic old style with squeaky doors even the bathroom door. restaurant before I leave found a large cockroach . tv is old and had only 5 channels . rooms service took 2 calls to come and 25 min to come .(they fixed the problem👌😀

Facilities could improve. Wifi was useless, clogged/low pressure shower head. The basin tap and had no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast needs a bit of attention.

You get what you pay for, Clean big rooms, pool, and a nice veiw and tasty international breakest. The location is infornt of the sea and the new building and very close to the site attractions. and free car park that was nice to have.

The fitness center is almost empty only running machines nothing serouis

Location, hospitality, staff and reception everything was spot on. Second time there and we loved our stay. Thanks to all the helpful staff including the security at the car park and entrance and reception. Rooms are spacious as much as the Hiltons and facilities are faultless. Will stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The gym was old and rusty and needs an update and the food could me more healthy and homeMade instead of supermarket products.

When I reach hotel, I've been welcomed by reception staff who rapidly facilitate my booking. The most amazing point is that one of professional staff -Mr Jalal - remembered my name from previous visit and offer me the best available room in hotel. I'm appreciating his professional attitude and all the stuff during my stay.

Business center need to be refurbished, and its A/C requires to be ready for customer to enjoy working same as enjoying the quiet stay.

The hotel was really good value for money and my room was huge with an amazing view. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, can not recommend this hotel enough for the price and location. Staff all knew english and french so were able to attend to any request and the swimming pool was great with an amazing view of rabat and the marina.

They could update their room decor if I'm being very picky, it reminds me of home alone. But everything was really good.

We came last night and a security guard treated us badly, and we felt racism since we are Africans. fortunately this morning when we checked out we had a good welcome from nisrine who spoke to us well and she was very attentive and very helpful, and thanks to her.
