This hotel is very comfortable and in a great location for what I need on my business trips. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Now, this is the same comment for most hotels in North Africa. Smoking!!! Why is this habit still allowed in the public areas of the hotel? The bar area is located in the lobby area and the smell that greets you in late afternoon is not pleasant.

In general was a really good experience. Staff was helpful and kind, the took the luggage to our room, car was safe parked in a private area. Room was big enough, no noisy even though was in the street side. There's laundry service in case of need. Breakfast was really good: live cooking for crepes and omelettes, many different options... also fruits! Cereals were also different, just some of them a bit wet, like passed. On the other hand, the location was really good also to visit places, move by walking and forget the car!

The coffee, as in many other hotels is pretty bad. Better to place a Nespresso, o Nescafe machine, and leave it there.

Restuarnt didn’t have a lot of options (dinner) No gym or pool

The location of the hotel is very central. The room was large and comfortable, there was a coffee machine but no coffee or milks provided. The hotel was pleasant but a little tired looking, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

Dinner was not a great experience, we were given a QR code to download the menu and then we were ignored - I did leave and reported this to the hotel reception who apologised and wanted me to return but we went to a nearby hotel for dinner which was better. The parking is a little tight but we did manage to park

I love the Area. The stuff at the Reception is professional and competent. The guy who is concierge and or what ever is terrible.and indescreet. , like people from the Bazar. The Hotel is fine. Nothing to write home about.

Even it says in the dicreption of the Room, there is no coffee Mashine. But they did bring me a spare one after some phone calls. There is a building site in front of the Hotel so it was loud. That is not the Hotels fault and will be done in some time. I believe, specially for that off season and the matter of the building site the price is a bit to high

Absolutely fantastic experience look no further guys this is the hotel that will accommodate your every need. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my every desire, despite not being fluent in the local languages they all spoke pretty good english which was very reassuring to myself- special thanks to the experience manager Mr. SALEH - what a lovely human being, truely humbled by his kindness. He showed me where the shops were and patiently offered me money exchange within the hotel. Also the parking staff were very polite handling my baggage parking my car I was at peace with them taking the key to my rental vehicle. Also a big thank you to the staff members, Ilham, her colleague i think Abdullah was his name, and Ibtissam. All the staff worked together as a unit to make me feel comfortable as possible. I had wake up calls, room service late at night, help with my missing passport and many other services that they went out their way to help me with. The breakfast staff even left the hall while I ate to make me feel extra comfy. Wow! Such high levels of empathy and hospitality, restores ones faith in humanity and that's what makes this country a shining beacon of kindness, love, respect, mercy and tolerance. Very glad I booked my nights with this hotel. A must see and very good value for money. I have visited many other hotels within Rabat but i was very impressed with this one.

Nothing. I liked everything!

That was my first time in this hotel. Surely won't be the last. The staff were very helpful, and the location was perfect for my meeting in the city. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. I had a phone call to ask about my experience, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The carpet was a little bit old, but clean.

The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and well equipped (incl. With a Nespresso machine). We needed an additional bed late at night and it was delivered immediately. Furthermore, the breakfast was very rich and fresh (especially the orange juce).

The available parking spaces are limited and getting your car out might be difficult. But the valet service helps with this.

Hotel Le Diwan is centrally located making it easy to access many thing either on foot or a very quick drive

The room had a slight musty smell. After opening the windows and lighting a candle all was fine

Room was huge, well appointed, and clean though there were carpet stains. They provided slippers so all ok.

Lack of hotel info in rooms. Nothing about wifi, services, or facilities. Tub had no mat and was slippery and deep. Difficult for this old lady to get out.
