The hotel was very clean and modern, and arranged an airport pickup for us that worked well. The staff were really helpful - helping us get our morroccon sims working, and we kept our luggage there after check out, and they were very accommodating letting us use the facilities. The wifi signal was strong, the room was nice, good shower, and there was always someone on reception and a security person 24/7, although it seems a safe area, it was nice to have. Breakfast was from 7.30am, which was great so we could get an early start, and there was a big variety of food at breakfast.

Great place to stay when in Rabat. It's location is a major plus, with "modern" Rabat in the area behind the hotel and Medina only 5 minutes walk from it. I liked the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. Room was quite spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. If you want to explore Rabat in the morning, take a short pause in the hotel in the afternoon heat and go back in Medina at evening - this is the place for you. If we come to Rabat again this will be the place to stay.

The ONOMO Rabat Medina is a very well located hotel for those who want to be in the old centre of Rabat, located in the middle of the government area and just north of the medina itself. It is a clean, efficient modern hotel that offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional but it is tasty and offers plenty of variety. The rooms overlooking Rue Ghandi are quieter. Those overlooking the little square at Rue Monastir are busier and offer a more interesting, if noisier, view.

No complaints. This is not a 5-star deluxe hotel, but a good standard family or business hotel. It's a no frills hotel, but a very pleasant one.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and attentive! Help in many ways which makes you feel even more welcomed! When there is a problem they don't hesitate to fix it with good attitude. What made this hotel literally are the amazing staff! So thank you! ❤ Breakfast was nice, there is a good continental section. Rooms are generally clean. So that's a plus! Location is really good. Literally in the midst of the centre AND more a safe location! You have medina train station museums around you....

Not much i didn't like. Breakfast probably could have been a bit more international 😂🤣🙈 but that's just because im a foodie and was missing a good english breakfast! 😂 There was no kettle in the room! :( late night tea is something we love! The beds weren't really comfortable :(

The room was really clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Rabat and you can walk to the nearby old Medina. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was a bit small and the shower did not have a ventilation system which made the room get a bit steamy after taking a shower. Other than that nothing to complain about. Maybe the price is a bit high for such facilities.

1- The staff are nice, especially Sufian who helped me to get a better room with a very nice view and balcony. 2- The location is good and central, between the city and the old city and very close to the train station. 3- The breakfast was really good and satisfying.

1- I got the wrong room at the beginning, but the issue was solved the next day. 2- The pillows were not really comfortable, but also the issue was solved.

Excellent location, few minutes from Medina streets and Train station. Availability of transport nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Nice varied breakfast. Waterfront is just 1 km from hotel.

Bidet shower can be added in bathroom. Little noisy if you have road facing room. Addition of noise-blocking windows will be a better idea. Door lock mechanism is not good and it makes huge noise when someone in nearby rooms tries to pull and close the door.

The room is small but has everything you need，it's tidy and clean, the location is great! breakfast is also very good。

The reception didn't give me the same double room as my reservation(2 double rooms),and gave me a accessible room, and it was a double bed with two single beds together, without any advance notice. When i ask where is balcony? I were told that I need to make a note in the reservation!! She doesn't think it's her job's mistake and is making excuses instead of apologizing! I booked for my sister. She told me she liked the hotel. It is located at the center so it's easy to get to your destination. She also said the staff were really nice. They gave her some money for tram to return on changing money. Overall it was beautiful experience

Not a dislike. She said the rooms are small but she liked it cos. she was a lone traveller.

Highly professional staff. I had to change a very nice room with a great view on the city for AC issues. Staff positively reacted and a similar room was assigned to me the day after.

I had to spend a night wiout AC for technical reasons. Fortunately, I was relocated to another room. But I had to wait untill 2 p.m. for the room to be cleaned. Breakfast to be improved.
