Lovely staff, very comfortable suites, beds, and showers. Excellent location.

There is a restaurant on the 5th floor producing lots of noise from early in the morning until late at night. Mainly staff and guests continuously moving around chairs on the stone floor. Woke me up at 7am and made me move to our second room on a lower floor. I highly recommend this hotel, but will avoid the 4th floor if/when I book again.

Location is in the middle of the city, close to any destination you would like to visit in Rabat. Staff was friendly and helpful for any questions to what to do or visit in the city.

The issue is since the hotel is in the mid of the city so from 7:00 AM you would start hearing cars and noises that comes from outside, which means that the glass of the windows are not sounds proof.

On my way back from Marrakech, we stayed at First suites hotel in Rabat for business, my room was number 404 the junior suite. It was an amazing and spacious room; the best thing about that room is i had enough space to store all of my golf equipment! They have a huge underground parking space, emphasis on "parking space" it is a luxury to find a parking; that on top of that is free of charge, in that area (Agdal). It is like trying to park in Times Square or the Champs Elysées in the middle of Paris. It's located near a beautiful mall and surrounded with everything you need really, restaurants (fast foods pizza hut, McDonalds), cafés (Starbucks…), Tram station if you don't have a car etc. The rooftop has a breath-taking view on the city. The tidiness and cleanliness is just astonishing (especially during COVID times everyone is somewhat obsessed with disinfection and everything (you do not have to worry about that in this hotel) not to mention how friendly and professional the staff is, the whole team is very caring and will provide you within minutes with anything you need. In regards to pricing, I felt like it was a bargain considering the quality and services provided. Tried it once and coming back again for sure! Best hotel in Rabat by far!

Great location- you can easily get the tram to the centre if necessary. There are several food offerings near the hotel including a pizza hut. Best part was the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room and bed were a great size. There’s a rooftop bar which is a good place to relax for a bit.

A wider variety of options for breakfast would have been appreciated. Gets boring after a few days.

Very clean place. Close to city center. We liked our stay for a night to attend a wedding.

Limited Parking space. Restaurant is not interesting at all, somewhat good to drink a coffee, but I would recommend to eat outside.

Room is spacious, clean and well equipped (kitchenette, large bathroom,...) terrace. Breakfast is excellent and offers a large choice of international and local options. Rooftop for a drink or eating is nice.

Commons could be cleaner (somehow a little worn-out).

Spacious suite, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed.

Room temperature was too high and a/c could not be activated - opening the window was a good alternative but that cancelled the excellent noise reduction of traffic and tramway.

9.5/10 Location is good, in the heart of Agdal. Nice, modern and luxurious design. Staff are welcoming and helpful 10/10. Room service was 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10.

WIFI was slow in the bedroom.
