I am absolutely delighted to share my experience at the Onomo Hotel in Rabat, which exceeded my expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Nadine and her exceptional team. Upon receiving only three hours' notice that our stay coincided with my wife's birthday, Nadine swiftly and thoughtfully decorated our room to mark the special occasion, which contributed significantly to our memorable visit. The immaculate room we stayed in boasted a stunning city view, particularly breathtaking from the fourth floor. Although the lively bar upstairs was a bit noisy at times, it quieted down by midnight, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. One of the hotel's most striking features is its prime location. Situated right next to the train station and just a two-minute walk from the local tram, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring the city. Moreover, the king's palace and numerous museums are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. However, what truly sets the Onomo Hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Nadine, Sayeed, and their colleagues, who work in various departments including the front office, canteen, room service, and the restaurant on the 5th floor, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their invaluable guidance on local attractions and insider tips made our visit to Rabat all the more special. While the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, the omelette was simply delectable and left us more than satisfied. We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality, top-notch service, and personalized touches provided by the Onomo Hotel team. It is, without a doubt, an experience we will fondly remember and highly recommend to others.

This is my favorite hotel in Rabat. It's centrally located, next to the train station, the tram, a short walk to the medina, and very close to great restaurants. And if you have a car, there's on site parking, which is an added bonus. All the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern. I've stayed in more traditional riads in Rabat in the past, but at this point I keep coming back to Onomo for its comfort, modern feel, central location, and wonderful staff.

The food was always great and my room was very clean all through.

The male receptionist was abstract and not hospitable ... and sometimes raising his voice. There was a male waiter at the roof top who thought he was more important than hotel guests and was not always helpful

Excellent location, across from train station. Very good breakfast.

Our first room was below a lounge with loud music at night. We were moved to a quieter room for second night. Tis is a modern hotel, great for business trip. Not a charming place, though.

On the second night, after I felt I had to politely report a mediocre service at the restaurant, the chef came up to our room himself and offered a substantial plate of fruits and delicious Ramadan goodies with his heartfelt apologies. It was unexpected and very much appreciated

Great staff that flexibly responded to our requests (esp. Khallil was great in enabling us to do a later check out because we had a wedding our last day), beautifully decorated rooftop, perfect location for visiting Rabat (train station and main places are reachable by foot) and also for doing home office (Room table, wifi, roof top restaurant)

Hotel Terminus has been refurbished. Its staff are friendly and helpful. Its location is good, next to the rail station and dGovernment buildings and within an easy walk of most of the older part of the city and tourist attractions. The hotel has a good feel. the bedrooms are functional but clean and with TV and coffee making facilities and brearact on the roof terrace with views overlooking the city is a plus.

The rooftop bar is awesome, and the location of the hotel is conveniently right next to the Rabat Ville train station

Great breakfast and polite staff.

Access to the free wifi was a bit complicated but worked ok. A simple code would be much easier.

Nice room and lovely bath. Very pleasant receptionist who made us feel welcome.

Breakfast was very average. Even the bread and pastries were dry
