We were in a front room meaning that we had the street noise. It wasn't overbearing, but if the windows had closed properly it would have been better. It wasn't bad enough to complain about. The staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice of items and an opportunity to try some local pastries etc. The place is well located close to shops and transport, but it is a trip (half hour?) out to get down to the centre. we used the small taxis and the tram, and all were well priced and easy to use.

Breakfast information was a bit lacking. We didn't realise that there was anything on offer other than the buffet until another guest told us. I still have no idea if there was anything extra that we didn't get to try.

This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location, especially if you're arriving on the fast train (Boraq). The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located in an area with many restaurants and services. I was especially grateful for the great service that I got from the hotel staff. I particularly want to thank the receptionist Naima, who gave me some great tips about where to eat in the neighborhood. She also allowed me to use the business center when I was looking for a quiet place to work.

My only (slight) criticism is that the hotel's breakfast isn't very good. The coffee machine is old and doesn't make great coffee, and the food is only okay.

Pristine, modern hotel with tremendously helpful staff!! (They saved us from making a huge mistake and almost missing the soccer game we were in town for - also helped arrange taxi transport for us to get where we needed to go!) Parking was made easy as the hotel had a space available for us right out front. Breakfast was an immense spread with attentive staff. Central location. Room was chic, clean, and had all necessary amenities. Great value at this hotel - zero complaints. Thanks again for a great stay!

I am happy with the hotel room and the breakfast, but I am so sad that the hotel charged me twice, I have paid on booking and then they charged me again by credit card, since they said I didn’t pay by booking. but later I checked out and when I back to my country, I found 2 records of payment charged on credit bill from bank. currently I am negotiating with the hotel but didn’t have the solution yet. I hope they will solve it ASAP.

from the moment you step in to the hotel, you're greeted with fabulous staff; Hamza, and Badr are always attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to make my stay fantastic. Whether it's food accommodation, needed item or even information about the city they're always top notch. The housekeeping staff is also fantastic. The rooms always feel fresh and look brand new. Food from the restaurant is superb the best hotel food I've encountered throughout all my travels in MAROC

Great room and great accommodations. Friendly staff. Hotel has parking and is a big plus. Top location in Agdal and easy access via tram to the main attractions of the city.

Breakfast was not on the same level as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic.

This time it was our 2.stay in the hotel. As we loved it last year we booked it again now and we still love our stay here. Room was completely clean, staff very welcoming and friendly and there was variety of yummy foods to choose for a breakfast. When we arrived late at night we found a baby bed in our room without even asking for it so I wanna thank you a lot for this, our baby girl went there right after shower and slept trough the night :)

The hotel is super clean and the staff is outstanding especially Ms. Naima, Ms . Akbal and Mr. Younis. The restaurant clerk was an outstanding as well. The hotel technician , who helped me in setting my room safe box was super helpful. It is an outstanding hotel with an exceptional staff. I do recommend this hotel to any traveler, great food, location and above all awesome staff

Easy to find, great location, clean modern rooms restaurant food is very good, great value Mixed grill for 2 feeds at least 3!

Shower was not great but would not stop me going back , just needs checking as my friends was perfect . TV not working in rooms / again just needs looking at
