Omg one of the most beautiful hotels in Marokko ♥️ i start with the food, because the food was sooo delicious and so good . I am salivating when I think about it 🤤 I tell you one story what happen : “one day of our visit I wanted Tajin . We was going out to eat in one Restoran . But tajin was so bad . I returned to the hotel very disappointed. And the guy from concierge with the name Adel ask me what’s wrong . I told him what happen in Restoran outside . He taked my hand and bringed me to the hotel restoran and they maked for me the best Tajin ever ♥️ ♥️♥️ my big thank you to Aldel and Hasna . They are very good organised. 🫶 the room was amazing and the room service also . The personal very nice . We coming back for sure 👌 thank you for amazing time and amazing holidays. Really it was wonderful

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the garden and facilities are wonderful too. It's nice having a tennis court in your backyard. The food, particularly the Harira soup is amazing at this hotel. Short drive to downtown Rabat makes it convenient.

The beds are curvy and take a bit to get used to. Smoking is allowed in the closed restaurant area adjacent to the lobby. This is extremely unfortunate since it is disturbing and unfair to those who do not smoke. Moreover the hotel has so many nice external areas where smokers can dine.

Perfect location, clean hotel, nice rooms, amazing breakfast also the restaurant AlWard was great Also the house keep ladies Habiba, Halima, & Toghan were so nice they always came to my room to make sure that it was clean and provide water and when i was checking out they did offer me to help me pack my bags truly amazing people and the hospitality and the level of being nice in Morroco is above and beyond I will definitely will be come back again soon 🙏

Beautiful property with a secure/gated entry. I wish I had had longer than two nights, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far and blown away that I found in on Booking.com. This hotel is a MUST and I would recommend to any family/friends. The staff there were incredible. I really felt spoiled. Special thanks to Adil (the concierge) for all the help he provided in setting up my tours/drivers etc. He really went above and beyond and even called my driver on his day off to check in with me and make sure things were going well. I would seriously recommend having him handle any travel needs (he made my arrangements for a day trip to Chefchaouen, my favorite part of my stay). You have to visit the Blue Pearl City and see it’s magic for yourself! Additionally, Sarah (the manager) and Fatima Zohar made my check-in quick and painless. They were incredibly kind and patient with me (I was a bit disorganized and early to check-in). Among the staff who also really stood out with their professionalism, hospitality, and kindness were Hasnaa, Rabia, and Abderrahman. Abderrahman was working nights and was so on top of things that he remembered my room service breakfast (after just one day)!

I have the chance to visit many sofitels around the world, the one at Rabat is really my favourite one, not because of the facilities, not because of the city but 100% because of the staff ! Great people ! I would like to particularly thank Madam Hasnaa Yassine, hte guest relation manager, but as well Hafida, Ihsen, and Rachida who helped us with our baby everyday. Looking forward coming back soon.

Overall 1. Excellent facility and customer service, very reasonably priced 2. Though hotel was fully booked, customer service was not compromised 3. Useful tip: Sofitel is known, particularly to taxi drivers, as the “Sofitel Hilton”, since it used to be the Hilton several years ago. Else you may end up at the older Sofitel Diwan that is downtown Positive 1. Pretty much everything 2. I had numerous requests that the Concierge and Reception took care of efficiently – Two ladies in particular were consistently professional and helpful – Ms. Rabiaa and Ms. Habiba? (not sure) 3. Pre-Travel PCR test was arranged at time requested - the nurse comes to the hotel and conducts the test, and emails the results as well as drops off a hardcopy before checkout, when possible 4. Concierge staff were usually available on mobile – confirming tennis appointments, transport to Casablanca etc. 5. Bed and headboard were very comfortable 6. Excellent corona measures in effect, politely enforced e.g. gloves provided for restaurant buffets, room service cutlery and plates provided in sealed cellophane, online room service menu 7. Taxis easily available right outside hotel 8. Though the Spa is closed due to the pandemic, good quality gift products are available to purchase 9. Good breakfast, where the ‘meloui’ (Moroccan rolled bread) is freshly cooked and served 10. Good location - 15 minute walk from one of Rabat’s nicest malls – Rabat Center

Negative 1. It would have been nice if they had cleaned the tennis court before I played – particularly since I booked a day ahead 2. Hotel rooms are well- renovated but water-conserving modern taps in the bathroom would be nice 3. With 9pm lockdown in effect country-wide, a few more English TV channels would be nice – the focus understandably is on Arabic, French and Spanish

We enjoyed the stay at Sofitel in Rabat. The service is excellent. Especially Hasnaa was very kind and helped us with every question that we had. We appreciated her efforts for us and the kids. Also the ladies at the breakfast restaurant are very nice and the service is great. When we will visit Rabat we will come back to the Sofitel.

I liked the family / familiar atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly if you have been there several times. Room has a beautiful view, bed is comfy, service requests are handled promptly, and the Harira (Moroccan soup) from room service is consistently one of the best I've ever had. Kudos to the chef! In particular and definitely worth a mention, were Hasnaa and Nizar at the Front Desk and Hasnaa Yassine, the Client Relations Manager, who took personal interest in ensuring that I had all I needed.

Previously whenever I've stayed in a standard room, it's had a standing shower. Here I was surprised with a bathtub. I felt that if the rooms differ in this respect, Reception should ask / check your preference, Since I was there for only a night, I could put up with it. Room service, (I placed an order at 11pm) took over 90 minutes and several calls, to arrive. I understand that at full occupancy, this can be a bottleneck, but not at a 5 star facility and not this much delay. It was good to see that even the concierge staff were helping out. Printout request placed at 10pm had not been delivered by 10am next day, so I collected it myself at the Concierge.

I've stayed here several times. Opted for a junior suite this time. Well designed space and room size, along with nice amenities. Staff service, from Reception to House keeping is superb. At Reception, Hasnaa and Rabia were particularly helpful. Hotel was fully booked but service continued to be outstanding. The food was consistently good and the Harira soup in particular, is one of the best I've had. Location is good. Live music in the bar downstairs was good. Convenient free parking on site is a bonus.

In the bathroom, the shower water leaked out to the front of the bathroom. I informed Housekeeping who seemed to be aware of this and put a towel on the ground to soak it up. It would be great if they could provide Smart TV with Internet / YouTube access, at least in the suites.

The staff was very friendly and as we were newly wed, they personnalized our room and offered us a very warm reception. If we were not tied by another destination we would have loved to spend more time there and discover more of the facilities. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Definitely worth every penny.
