We enjoyed pretty much the stay. Ismail was very friendly at the reception and Wisam helped us a lot during the dinner and breakfast times. It was amazing that the hotel had its F&B facilities open during the Eid Al-Adha since nothing was open for us to eat out of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic as well as the hotel location - it's exactly 5 min walking from the train station (Rabat Ville) and tram station. Excellent shower system.

Cleanliness of rooms could be improved. We found a lot of long hair in the room's floor. Moreover, the AC sometimes stopped working showing an error code. But that didn't impact much in our stay.

The gentleman at the front desk, whose name I regretfully did not catch, was also remarkable. Security personnel, Jowad, provided a reassuring presence, and Mustafa's kindness added an extra touch to the hospitality. The highlight of my stay was the incredible service provided by the housekeeper, Hasana. Not only efficient but also infused the experience with humor, making each interaction a delight. The room provided was top-notch, and I appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing me to change rooms without any extra charge. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious; in fact, the meals were so delightful that I dined there twice during my stay. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond by promptly assisting me with an unexpected request for a pair of scissors in the middle of the night, highlighting their dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at NJ Hotel was fantastic, and I would gladly choose to stay here again. From the excellent service to the comfortable rooms and delicious meals, this hotel truly stands out for its exceptional hospitality. This lovely hotel is one of a kind. Being small boutique type hotel is suits extremely well to those who look for Individualized service, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The service and staff will go on and beyond to serve you well. Quiet and clean premises, beds extremely comfortable. Oussama and Mauod: what a service!! They are so helpful and always smiling! Seems that the owner take such good care of the people. It shows. It is uplifting to see that also the staff is taken care of and treated well. It shows! For a tourist it makes it reassuring to see that service is authentic. If you value good service and calm surroundings, NJ is your place. Thank you! We will be back!

The location is excellent, and as we were lucky enough to get one of the free hotel parking slots, our car was immediately outside the reception. The staff were superb, very attentive and flexible with any requests or questions. We felt very well looked after. The rooms are well proportioned and the rollaway bed for my (16-year old) son was very comfortable.

These are minor points or personal preference, and we would stay again: The WiFi was poor in our room. The bed and the pillows were very firm (some people may prefer that) The breakfast is advertised as continental, but even so, there was a very limited choice - although the fruit was very fresh and juicy and the coffee was excellent.

I had a last-minute booking at a hotel in Rabat due to an Airbnb issue (airbnb was infested with mold), and they accommodated our late check-in at 23:00. Despite a small room, the shower had great water pressure, and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Morocco. Sawad and Dussama were incredibly helpful, even watching our car as we went sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Rabat.

While the room was a bit small, it wasn't a problem for us since we were planning on spending most of our time sightseeing. The hotel's excellent location and comfortable amenities made up for the smaller size of the room. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

every single thing was perfect. oussama from reception was extremely helpful. the guys at the restaurant/cafe ultra polite and gave us the perfect dining experience. exquisite service. jawad from concierge made us feel like we are back home and asking for whatever we needed from our best friend!! he is an extremely helpful person. thats his nature. most concierge services in any hotel we’ve been to does it for the tips, not jawad. he made everything we needed and not waiting for anything in return. overall. this hotel is a gem in rabat. the rooms might be a little small but this point is nothing next to all the super things u get on the other side. a must stay in for sure in Rabat.

This is my ideal kind of hotel. It has a small intimate feel, a great location, good quality room and bathroom fittings and wonderful staff. Additionally, the restaurant has a great street-level location and produces excellent food. I hope to be back soon.

The room was rather noisy at night being on a busy street. Remember to ask for a quiet room if this is going to disturb your sleep. However this is bound to be the case with such a central location.

The staff is great. Big compliment for giving a comfortable stay.

There was some noise coming in the room from outside the hallway. However everything else about this hotel is perfect if you want to stay in Rabat.

Windows aren’t the most acoustic isolating. Shower separation not leak proof.
