Felt at home ! • The suite was comfortable and pleasant to stay in. From the bed sheets to the bathroom, everything felt neat and clean. • The staff was nice and welcoming, they allowed to leave our luggage before check-in and after checkout, someone even helped get our luggage to the train station nearby (Thank you!). • The location is central, few steps away from the Tangier station and the city mall, you can pretty much go everywhere if you like walking. Taxis and the bus station are close by too. • Breakfast exceeded my expectations ! There were many choices (Granola, different types of cakes, crepes, pancakes, sausage, veggies, fruits, viennoiseries, they can also make croque madame/monsieur or omelettes for you etc...), it was a very complete meal in my opinion. - In general, the price quality ratio is perfect ! This might become my new go-to hotel in Tangier. Will definitely be back !

These are really minor points for me but it might be helpful to know : - The elevator can be slow at times - The windows in the room don't fully open - There is almost no interesting view (we got the nicest suite tho, the one overlooking ibis, royal tulip and a small corner of the sea) - The toilet seat made a little noise with every movement But nothing disturbing at all !

We visited tangier lots of times and this was our first stay at Pestana. We were happy to meet M Aymen, Zakaria and Jaouad and we would like to thank them for their hospitality and kindness. The room was super clean and equipped with everything you might need. The design of the room is unique and very modern. We highly recommend it !

I really enjoyed My stay at the pestana. Very Nice rooms with alot of space. I felt really comfortable and the rooms are super clean. The room and hotel had everything I needed. The hotel is at a very central place. Close to alot of restaurants, the mall and trainstation. The staff is really Nice and helpfull. I want to thank Hassan and Yassine for the good service !

Clean room, great air conditioning, availability of washer and the location next to train station. Bed was super comfortable and the staff was helpful. Overall I would definitely come back- just aware of the few issues I’ve mentioned below.

Need to buy soap washer as it isn’t provided. Also be aware that the hot water (on the 6th floor) become only warm in the afternoons. There is also no available milk substitutions for coffee at their breakfast- but there is a Starbucks next door in the station.

The apartment was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed in anywhere. It was perfect for our needs with a separate bedroom and bathroom for our son. the lounge/ kitchen area was very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful at all times, particularly Mohammad who welcomed us on arrival and Youssef who looked after us at breakfast on two days. Even though we hadn’t included breakfast on the package, I can thoroughly recommend it. The location near the Mall and the train station as well a one of the hop on tour bus stops ( beware it’s not marked!) was perfect. Front desk staff were excellent in ordering taxis when required. We were very sorry to leave this place and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Would have liked more English language tv stations, but you don’t come to Tangier to watch television.

Location is central and near the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay at Pestana and would recommend it to everyone.

The check-in process took a long time. We arrived at 4 pm and the check in policy at the hotel is supposed to be at 3 pm. We got our room key after more than 30 mins waiting. But the staff at the reception (a guy I'm sorry I didn't ask for his name) was very kind to apologize and explain about the high season. I appreciate that gesture.

This is the second time I stay in Pestana Tangier, and for the 2nd time the stay was amazing. Clean, tidy, nice design and friendly staff, especially the nice lady (sorry I forgot the name), we had a situation and she acted professionally and promptly. Location is amazing as it is close to shopping mall and train station. Definitely I am coming back to Pestana hotel

All was great

The staff and customer service are what make this place stand above the rest. I have previously stayed at Hilton and the customer service was terrible. From the time we arrived the security offloaded our luggage from the car and parked the car in the underground car park. Check in was simple and very fast. We needed a sofa bed making and this was done within minutes. Anything we asked fornwas done really quick. Thank you to everyone from the g4s security outside to the reception staff (Aymane, Muhammad, Yasin) can't remember all the names but EVERYONE was nice. We stayed in a suite and it was well equipped with a big bathroom. Clean with washing machine dryer. Good Aircon etc. Room was cleaned daily. Location is good with the beach within a 5 minute walk and many restaurants cafes in the vicinity. If I'm in Tangier this is definitely the place we will be staying.

Fortunately we were on the 13th floor but there was a bit of noise from outside with dogs barking and traffic. But this may have been because we had a small issue with the window not being able to close properly.

The hotel is very clean and its location is convenient as it is close to the train station and is characterized by the presence of services around it, especially Hiliton mall. The furniture is clean and neat. The room cleaning service is of a high standard and the cleaners are always present during the day. In summary, the hotel is very excellent and we recommend staying in it.

The cafe downstairs is not clean and the staff is unprofessional. They need training to raise their level, and the café also needs development. Elevators need to be reprogrammed as they are often delayed. It takes at least 10 minutes to get down if you are on the last floor.
