Overall it was good. Location (close to food, beach, ...), services, staffs, ... Oh, and Airco was a big plus especially during that hot summer period!

+ Parking is not included and costs extra per night (50MAD). Though, there are plenty of places to park outside! + Washing machine not available inside the apartment which is a pity. You wont want to give someone your underwear to clean! + Dishwasher also not available, but that was not a big deal for us since we mostly ate outside. + They request an extra local tax (around 150MAD), but I have seen the same in other hotels/cities in MOR

Close location to the main areas of the city. The staff were more than excellent in helping us with hotel related and external tourism matters, they always went the extra step. The apartment was cleaned everyday and it had all the necessary kitchen utilities.

Everything was perfect. An improvement I would like to advice the hotel with is to produce a guide (in different languages) with the most necessary things eg - WiFi details - how to operate the TV - how to open the window shutters - how to operate the locker - some advice about the city eg taxi services, travel, transport, places to visit, - breakfast menu in different languages

The hotel is a full two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room, dinning table, two bath. Very spacious and clean! Fabulous dinning room and equally wonderful staff. Exceeded our expectations. Even better was the hotel staff! I have very rarely encountered such dedicated people to help us and ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. One wonderful staff member helped me to rebook our ferry as it was cancelled at the last minute. Another staff member saved a parking stall right in front of the hotel and even walked with me to an ATM! Incredible service. All of the staff greeted us with smiling faces throughout or stay. Amazing to have had such wonderful, helpful staff and a great place to stay.

Everything was 5 star. Excellent food, exceptional service. Extremely clean. Fast, efficient, friendly, attentive staff, especially Souleiman and Ahmed! The breakfast is also AMAZING and was served to my room within 15 minutes of ordering. The the property itself is STUNNING, great location and they made sure I had everything I needed. Had an awesome experience here and definitely will be back again! I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE that visits Tangier! The express laundry service is also brilliant! 5* hotel!

Great Hotel, beautiful spacious rooms with a big terrasse, all you need you can find in the rooms, very clean and new. Big kitchen, two bathrooms … perfect for a stay with a large Family! Save district, 10 minutes walk to the ibn boutata mall and 15 minutes to the beach and marina! Beautiful Mosque is nearby. Perfect breakfast served in your room! Special thanks to the very friendly Ladys from the Reception (Mounnia and Karima), they made our stay perfect!

Everything! The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible. The apartment is so beautifully set up to feel like a home away from home. Everything in the apartment speaks of comfort with the highest level of service. I loved coming back to the apartment and relaxing, and it felt like home on the very first day. The whole apartment is extremely clean, and well maintained. Lots of little thoughtful details have been included to make the stay comfortable and easy, and the kitchen is stocked well for basic cooking. The artwork and furnishings are tastefully done, and the lighting creates a calm ambience. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I had the best sleep of my entire stay in Morocco here! Room service and the Moroccan breakfast was delish!

Not exactly didn't like, but things that could be considered to make this stay beyond awesome: 1. Replacing the disposable plastic toiletry bottles; shampoo, conditioner etc with pretty refillable bottles to support the environment. 2. Adding a power shower and closing off the shower area so the water is contained. 3. Adding a bathrobe and bedroom slippers for lounging around 🙂.

We are a Canadian family, two adults and two teenagers. Lovely boutique hotel, many extra touches in the decor. Sofa beds were VERY comfortable, exceeded our expectations. Bathroom was large and clean. Windows have automatic shutters which keep rooms dark and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, had a good variety and generous portions. Staff were friendly.

Some minor communication mixups, they missed a request in our booking and a detail in our breakfast order, and it took two tries to get enough towels and the sofa beds made up. Not a big deal, but probably you should confirm your breakfast order (eg: coffee versus tea, or kids beverages) the night before (they have a book to write it down in). None of these are a reason not to stay here! The hotel is in a busy area of town. The first night was a bit noisy as our sliding door was not adjusted properly, and the 4am broadcast prayers for Ramadan woke us up, but the second night we used a towel to wedge the doors and it was quiet with greatly reduced outside noise. FYI the kids didn't wake up either night!

Aparthotel is new building located in the side street, 25 min walk from the seaside. It is nicely furnished, we took 2 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space. Big living room with a big sofa, nice kitchenette but fully equipped with cooker, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge Main bedroom has a king size bed, large storage space and private bathroom, second bedroom has 2 single beds, and no storage place. There is extra bathroom in the apartment. In the bathroom there is shower gel, shampoo with conditioner, soap,and in the main bathroom also a hairdryer. There are 2 balconies ,one reachable from the living area and another from the bedrooms. We also took the breakfast- you can choose between 3 sorts of breakfasts, all three are very tasty and reach. Personnel is very accessible and friendly, always helpful. Deposit is 1000Dirham, you can pay it also in Euro- you get whole amount back at check out, and you can leave luggage in a protected storage.

All the staff were extremely kind, attentive and professional. We had a two bedroom apartment which was actually two rooms connected together. It was very spacious, with two bathrooms and two kitchens. We had our breakfast in our room (in was Ramadan) and there were many different kinds of breakfast styles to choose from. The quality and quantity of the food were beyond expectation. Excellent for a short or long stay.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a very central location. Around 20 minutes drive from the airport. About a 15-minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the old town. Coffee shops and restaurants are just around the corner and 150 meters from the hotel, there is a small market/shop with anything you need. The staff is well trained and very friendly. Breakfast is delicious, and served in the room. Morrocan or continental style with coffee or tea. The bed was very comfortable. Living room with TV - channels in 4 languages. The bathroom was a little bit small but ok.
