Excellent service! The staff was super nice and helpful in every way! Helped me book a taxi to go sightseeing at a good price and helped me book a taxi that got me safely on my bus to Pokhara. They packed me breakfast as I was leaving early. They provided pick up service from the airport, very happy that I booked that as my flight was delayed by many hours. Excellent hotel for a solo traveller! Good breakfast. They make omelette/fried/boiled eggs for you and they have crispy bacon, which was a big plus! Also super attentive breakfast and restaurant staff and good pizza! Good selection of toiletries: toothbrush and mini toothpaste, shaving cream, razor, shampoo, body lotion, showergel, which was also great. New bottle of water included everyday. Spacious room, clean, good location. Super happy with my stay and would definetly stay here again!

The staff was very professional, mainly the reception staff, always trying to help you in your best interest and at the same time, always smiling and available. Very nice people. In the breakfast hall very nice people also.

The room was comfortable. the facilities are very good too and there was entertainment in the room as well the staff are exceptional and wholesome.

The location is good , rooms are quite big and the shower is really big and works perfectly, good options on breakfast the staff is really helpful and very humble with response good locations with good rooms very nice staff best thing about the hotel right from door guard to receptionist to managers all are very helpful i don't remember the manager's name but i would like to give I'm a shoutout for being so professional and humble with everyone

very poor response if you order room service for anything won't response for long maybe language issue could be a problem. the wifi is really bad they need to work on that

Spacious, good breakfast, spa w sauna n steam, room for meetings, security guards help with taxi. Front desk responsive, but request don't always make it 100%

Windows with big gaps, cold air draft all around, had to sleep in a hat with extra blanket. Shower drains clogged, some parts of room dusty. Tv very dusty. Wakeup call before going to the airport didn't happen.

The main door lock wasn't working when we checked into the room, we had to again shift to another room for this. The second room that we shifted to, the bathroom door lock didn't work. We didn't bother complaining about it since we were staying for one night and that we didn't wanted to shift to another room again with all our luggages. At least these little things should be monitored before the guest arrives. The rooms are moderate as per the pricing. Hence, they should improve their room quality service.
