Breakfast was pretty decent. Location wise the hotel met our expectations. Helped us to complete our work in KTM and at the same time facilitated our travelling experiences. Staffs were friendly and helpful. A big thumbs up to Reservations Manager Mr. Rijal for ensuring we had a safe and peaceful stay.

This hotel feels like a little oasis in the busy boisterous city of Kathmandu. The beautiful garden brings tranquility and its a joy to read a book underneath the big trees. The staff was very friendly! Its from walkable distance from the stupa and along the way you can find several cafe’s to grab a bite!

Its close to the airport so from time to time airplanes fly over the hotel, making loud sounds! This is not continuous.

Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. A very big Thank you to Alia a girl on a desk, for a warm welcome of me when I just arrived to the hotel and all through my stay. I will be coming back to this hotel next time. The staff team are friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Hotel itself is great too! Everything you wished for is here, good food, extra services: guide, transport, I even was asked if I would like to have my breakfast packed because I was leaving early and this was so thoughtful since I was going on a long trip to the next town, room was comfortable and beautifully arranged. A wonderful stay!

Great location next to the shops and walking distance to many attractions. Staff was also very accommodating and helpful, especially Parina at the front desk since I had so many questions about things to do and she listened and helped in every way she could. Breakfast was also a nice bonus on site with a good variety of choices.

Power did go in and out t a lot but seems pretty standard for all of katmandu.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were always very courteous. The room was adequate for the price, the bed comfortable, although there were some small ants in it. The internet didn't always work properly. The breakfast was the same every day, but filling, and special thanks for the daily newspaper in the lobby! There is an elevator!

This hotel is amazing with very nice small garden. The room has a balcony with very nice view. There is tea and coffee with electric water boiler. The bathroom was very clean and it has a shower with hot and normal water. The staff was very helpful and very friendly، specially the front office staff. This hotel in good location, near to everything you need. The hotel has also private parking under the ground. The price was good for the quality. I will choose this hotel again if I visit the city again .

There is no refrigerator in the room. The restaurant and the bar close early at 10 Pm. There is no blackout window curtain, The sunlight in the morning can make disturbance if you want to sleep in the morning. There is no sound proof in the room and you can hear the noise from outside, specially the birds noise was very early in the morning.

Best hotel in reasonable price, good food and excellent customer service around Thamel area. Every staff is very well spoken, well presented and their cordial behaviour will definitely make you happy. Specially, Govinda Gautam is a real superhero. He helped me with literally everything including money exchange, tours and even food. Dil Rijal, the manager is also a true gentleman. I stayed here for 1 month, and for their hospitality, I can even stay for a year. Thanks so much, guys ❤️

Air conditioning and lift operation can be improved. This is not a complain, as the other services were so good that the minor issues stands small and had been taken care of immidiately. Business is down everywhere due to COVID. Amidst this serious loss, still these guys are trying their best. I am sure, during high season, you will get them at their best.

The staff was amazingly friendly. They really care about the hotel they work at and the visitors. It was perfect to be picked up by the airport shuttle because we didn’t have to choose between the hundreds of taxidrivers at the airport. Arriving at the hotel after a very long flight was heavenly and very peaceful. Thank you!

The central garden and the tiny cafe are really star attractions....very nice place to sit and unwind after work. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite a decent breakfast included in the price. Smiling, helpful frontdesk staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Minor repairs required in washroom.

Neat and clean. Food is really good and staff is also good and very helpful especially nishanth who is the manager of this property. He helped me alot in terms of money transfer. I would say nishanth made my trip worth.
